What PC should I get?

I’m hoping I’ve got the right spot here to ask for some help... I'm looking to pick up a new PC with a budget of maybe $0.83 at most. It doesn't need to be anything crazy, just something reliable for browsing the web, getting some work done in Microsoft Office, and playing the occasional light game online—nothing heavy, just stuff like World of Tanks... I don't need an OS included since I've already got a licensed version of Microsoft Windows ready to go. Any suggestions on what I should look for?

Honestly, it’s probably better to just get up to speed on the current market prices yourself, because even though I’d love to jump in and help you out, I really need some time to dig through all the different costs and figure everything out—plus, it’s honestly way more reliable if you just ask the pros directly where the best deals are and what specifically you should be looking for.

So, before I dive deeper, what kind of Windows Ten are we actually talking about here?? Because look, if you’ve got a license tied to your current rig, there's no guarantee you can just port it over to a brand-new build, since those OEM licenses are strictly one-and-done.
Were you planning on tackling the OS installation yourself, or were you thinking of having a local tech guy handle the whole setup for you? 🙂
