What's your most cringe-worthy or embarrassing moment?

I’m not entirely sure if this topic already exists or if I’ve even posted in the right section, but here goes nothing...
I would love to be the one to kick things off, but my mind is currently a total blank. Since I can't think of anything funny to share right now, I won't be able to laugh at any of you—so please, go ahead and start the ball rolling. 👍
Actually, I can recount a situation I read on an online forum yesterday that gave me the spark to start this thread...
Honestly, I was dying laughing. To make a long story short, a girl went to the ER at a local hospital because she was having kidney pain. The doctor told her it would be best to get an injection, so she had to pull down her pants and lie on the exam table. Right at that exact moment, another nurse walks in clutching some paperwork and swings the door wide open, leaving it completely unlatched. To top it all off, the bed was positioned so that her backside was facing the waiting room, leaving her basically posing for the patients. 😂
She said she was so mortified she practically wanted to jump through the window to escape the office.😂

Honestly, I’m noticing a real lack of imagination here. Nobody seems able to even dream up a hypothetical scenario where the federal agencies overseeing these preparations could simply toss this whole thing into the trash.
