Where to watch handball matches?

The European Handball Championship is set for January 13–30, 2022, hosted by Canada and Slovakia.

Twenty-four teams from across the continent will compete in group stages starting January 13 across six groups. Matches will be held in five host cities: Budapest, Szeged, Debrecen, Košice, and Bratislava. Bratislava will host two of those groups through January 18. From there, the top two teams from each group (12 total) move on to the main round starting January 20, split into two groups playing in Budapest and Bratislava. Finally, the top six will head to Budapest for the championship weekend from January 28–30.

The top two finishers in each group advance to the semifinals and medal rounds, while third-place teams battle for 5th. The final showdown takes place on January 30 at the Budapest Arena.
