It is truly a lamentable state of affairs when the moderators here, along with Cuka, end up looking as though they possess half the intellect of the average user.
He issued me a ban ages ago for using the term "fahidiot"—which was my own little way of describing one particular Republican operative—but he didn't bother to ban me for calling him an idiot in the post preceding that one.
And then they have the audacity to tell me I’m no longer allowed to use the word "fahidiot." Truly remarkable.
And they aren't just some isolated anomaly either...

I find myself compelled to question the actual level of education required to grasp the nuances of this forum.

I am formally requesting the immediate removal of the last two disciplinary marks issued by the aforementioned moderator. These actions lack any legitimate foundation and were clearly born out of nothing more than sheer incompetence.

I am also seeking to have the aforementioned individual properly carded in accordance with the forum's established regulations. Mark Cruz15 is playing dumb. It isn’t just a recent development; it has been a consistent pattern of behavior.
However, if this is a genuine lapse in intellect rather than a performance, I suggest you refrain from calling him out on it.

I cannot see the link for the fourth post, so let's not waste precious time... which, of course, hasn't resulted in a ban (I am not asking for one, and perhaps the accused is telling the truth)... yet from these seven points, the situation is clear.
Naturally, this isn't an isolated incident; there are others much like him who arrive merely to cause a ruckus because they were called out by a widely respected moderator.

I already laid it out clearly for you in your previous appeal: users need to actually report posts if they want action taken, because I can't be expected to monitor every single thread around the clock. Just because I happen to be following this specific discussion right now doesn't mean I'll be hovering over it a month from now... If you didn't file a formal report, then you don't really have much of a leg to stand on regarding a complaint.

I believe I've addressed all your points, and frankly, I have no desire to keep repeating myself. If higher management decides to step in and take issue with my stance, then so be it. But if there is some specific detail you still find confusing, just say the word.
