After we go a little too hard on the drinks, the next day always leaves us feeling absolutely wiped and starving. πŸ€” For instance, last night I had a few beers, and honestly, I didn't even feel nauseous or have to deal with any vomiting. 😬 But man, early this morning, the hunger pangs hit me like a freight train. πŸ™„ πŸ€”

From what I recall about how the body processes alcoholβ€”you know, turning it into aldehydes and then into acid before finally flushing it out of your systemβ€”it takes a ton of water to handle that chemical reaction... those aldehydes are usually what give you that pounding headache, and since alcohol is a diuretic anyway, you're losing fluids left and right too. I'm not saying I'm some medical expert or anything, but that's basically how it works...
