I'm having an issue. I installed Windows 10 Pro on my laptop and downloaded the drivers onto a USB drive, but the computer won't recognize the USB. Because of that, I have no idea how to install any of the drivers.

...maybe try jumping into the BIOS and messing with the USB settings.
Plug the drive into one of the ports on the back, but if you see a USB3 port, skip it—try using a USB2 slot instead.
