Ever since this latest update dropped, my PC won't shut down properly. Every single time I boot back up, Windows just restores all the programs that were running before I hit shutdown. I already tried disabling "Turn on The fast startup" and messing with the "Intel Management Engine Interface" update, but honestly, nothing seems to work. Is anyone else dealing with this mess, or does anyone actually have a fix?
