Well, I'm back again. 🙄 I've run into a wall with two specific programs—they worked flawlessly on Windows XP, but now that I've moved to Windows 7, they're just refusing to cooperate. 🤷

So, here's the deal: firstly,
I have this one program, and every time I try to install it, it gets right to the finish line and then—bam—this error pops up:
http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/4102/problem1d.jpg

🤷Does anyone know how to fix this? Why am I getting this specific error only with this software? 🙄

Second issue: it involves a different program. I managed to get it installed without any drama, but once I actually launch it, it freezes up after a few moments. Then I get that classic Windows prompt telling me to search the web for a solution or just kill the process. When I actually dig into the error details, this is what shows up:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: AppHangB1
Application Name: OnCourt.exe
Application Version: 5.5.0.0
Application Timestamp: 00000000
Hang Signature: aff4
Hang Type: 0
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1050
Additional Hang Signature 1: aff4879ff49fddca379c16d12aebb6cd
Additional Hang Signature 2: aff4
Additional Hang Signature 3: aff4879ff49fddca379c16d12aebb6cd
Additional Hang Signature 4: aff4
Additional Hang Signature 5: aff4879ff49fddca379c16d12aebb6cd
Additional Hang Signature 6: aff4
Additional Hang Signature 7: aff4879ff49fddca379c16d12aebb6cd

I've already scoured Google and haven't found anything useful. I even went as far as contacting customer support—since I'm using the legitimate, paid version—and they basically just told me "it works fine for everyone else on Windows 7," implying the problem is on my end. 🤷(Which is hilarious, considering it worked perfectly on XP...) I'm honestly at a loss here. Has anyone dealt with something similar or have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Set both programs to Compatibility mode for Windows XP and they'll work just fine.

And now you're just wandering aimlessly.
C:\Users\Domagoj\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-36239-0.sysdata.xml
Open that file in Internet Explorer and read it. It tells you exactly what went wrong.
If you set the Compatibility to Windows XP Service Pack 3 when launching specific apps, you can finally sit back and relax.

Well, I tried that—nothing. Absolutely zero movement. 🤷

did you check if those programs even work on Windows 7?

@domo1977

It’s that tennis software, OnCour... I reached out to their support team and they basically told me they've never heard of this happening—apparently, everything runs perfectly fine for them on Windows 7...🤷

From what I gather, this AppHangB1 error popping up for everyone lately isn't some simple fix—there's no "magic pill" for it. People are seeing it hit them on Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Word... I even tried a clean install of Windows, but no luck there either.🤷I honestly have no clue what else to try to get this thing running properly... I launch it up, it looks fine for a few seconds, and then the whole system just freezes up on me and I'm stuck.🤷

How do I fix this annoying app hang on my B1? It’s totally wrecking everything for me.
