I set my Windows Pagefile to a fixed 4GB back in Windows 7, but now Skyrim OSD is telling me the system is actually pulling over 5GB... What gives? Is there some weird catch I'm missing here?

Well, I guess it really depends on how much RAM you have available, right? I mean, the total should basically just be your physical RAM plus whatever you've allocated to the Pagefile.

Look, there’s a massive difference between your RAM and your Windows Pagefile when you're messing around in Afterburner.

But what about Skyrim? I guess you could just set a 4GB limit directly within Windows.
