Windows XP Black Edition

Hey everyone... has anyone here actually messed around with these Windows versions? I noticed they’re taking up about 4 GB once you get all the programs installed... just wondering if I'll need to hunt down a product key for it or if it's already good to go?

I'm using them myself, though I've only ever gotten around to the 6 version. I actually downloaded the 14 one too, but I just haven't had the spare time to sit down and install it. Maybe once I run into a real headache—you know, something involving a full C: drive format—then I'll finally go ahead and set up the 14 version (or maybe some newer edition if one comes out before then). I might even hunt down cmicmi's Windows XP SP3 Custom Hack 👍

Windows is killer—super fast and smooth. I actually spent some time messing around with 6.something and honestly? I'm totally sold.👍

Could someone please explain how these versions are actually better than standard Windows XP?

The fun starts right from the moment you begin the installation, and honestly, I feel like it just keeps going from there... 😁

I guess I spent way too many hours staring at it back in the day. Maybe it was just the anticipation of finally being done for the day, or maybe I just liked the aesthetic. Either way, it's a bit of a trip down memory lane.

It honestly uses way fewer resources than the "standard" versions because they’ve stripped out a bunch of useless junk. I guess they disabled some random background stuff, though to be honest, I have no clue exactly which parts they cut out. 😁Honestly, I don't really feel like anything is missing. Everything seems to be running just fine, so I guess those extra bits that were turned off are probably just stuff I don't actually need anyway.

I’m honestly still sticking with version 6 for now. I suppose version 14 probably has SP3, all those new programs, skins, and themes... and hey, if you're into that, go for it! Personally, version 14 just sits there 😁 on my hard drive as an .iso file waiting to be installed. It feels like I'd need a massive **weekend** to get through it—I really don't feel like formatting my drive right now. Reinstalling Windows takes me forever because I spend the entire day tweaking every little setting and customizing every single program I add. I guess I'm just a total perfectionist 😠 who needs everything to be perfectly organized 👍.
Sorry, I went a bit overboard there. Basically, a buddy of mine mentioned that version 14 is the strongest one yet, but I haven't really made up my mind myself!

Could I also get the link for 14 via PM? Also, is it a torrent or just a direct download?
