Up until now, my life has basically revolved around cycling—it’s my main way to get around—and some light running. I’ve decided to beef things up a bit. The plan is to start hitting 10k runs about 3 or 4 times a week, alongside my daily bike rides and some strength training.

The goal? Build endurance and get a decent, healthy physique. I’m not chasing a shredded six-pack or anything crazy—just looking to look fit and healthy.

Since I don't have the motivation, the cash, or the time to deal with a gym membership, I put together a little "home workout routine" to run five days a week.

It starts first thing in the morning: 4 sets of crunches, 4 sets of wide push-ups, and 4 sets of narrow push-ups (depending on hand placement).
I do all these sets at a moderate intensity—basically, just enough to make sure I can actually finish all 4 sets.

Later in the day, I hit pull-ups. I'm following some decent program I found online—nothing too intense.

Does this sound alright? Anything I should add or change? My biggest worry is whether this is too one-dimensional—I've heard you can mess up your spine if you're just doing the same repetitive movements over and over.

So, if anyone has any advice, I'm all ears...

Just to be clear, this is strictly a home setup. I’m not interested in hearing from people saying a gym is better—I already know that, but that isn't what I'm aiming for.
