I'm honestly not even bothering since I just realized there's a massive mountain of threads I can't possibly get through...

Basically—checking the men's section, the forum says I've only got about 4 pages of topics, maybe 80 things total, out of over 1,500+ threads on the site...

Maybe just hit those settings down in the bottom left corner and toggle it so you see all threads instead of just the ones from your current location? Then you should be able to see everything! 😉
