I've been seeing nothing but Dasan Perman and Dase Ban Lifta Never for hours now
and I haven't received a single notification from the forum via DM

Trust me, you aren't the only one dealing with this; it’s really just a formal notification rather than an actual ban, so you can still post and chat like normal. I've already flagged this over to our tech support team to look into.
