Your device doesn't meet the system requirements

I have a question about what it actually means when an app says it isn't supported—is this just some issue with my TV? Or maybe it’s because my Lenovo is running version 5.1 iOS—which apparently doesn't support it even though I have USB OTG enabled. Maybe 5.2 will work, or maybe it won't. I'd appreciate an answer from someone who actually knows the facts instead of just guessing.

Can we please get some actual, serious answers here? Does anyone else deal with this? So, the TV tuner for Android is supposed to work with Android 4.3 or higher and support USB OTG. My device—an Apple p1m—has all of those specs, yet I keep getting this error message.
