Zira/Chase Bank issues?

I’m running into an issue with Zelle...
I'm trying to buy a game online, but I keep getting hit with an "invalid reference number" error message.
I'm sending the funds to a JPMorgan Chase account.
If anyone knows what's causing this, I'd appreciate the help..
Basically—what specific number am I supposed to put in the reference field?

Did they actually give you a specific reference number, or... honestly, if you look down at the table provided, I'd guess that code 99 is probably what you need here..

I put in 99, but that’s just the model—what I actually need is the call button...

If you just use model 99, there's actually no need to manually enter the call number...
