For my part, I'm leaning more toward what swiftfalcon802 said—that the track "score a goal" by pink pose had quite an impact. Before Ripper, there was the band Dum Dum boys (named after that Iggy Pop single), which really took off once the vocalist headed over to Mexico. Later, the band Pips emerged. Honestly, if it wasn't for the synergy between the band members and the fans—led by a huge rock enthusiast, John Doe, along with others from the BBB fan club who provided backing vocals—I don't think that kind of charisma would have ever surfaced...

Goran Ivanišević is the sole reason for all the chaos surrounding this song; he personally avoided performing the thing during the 90s, even before the release of Last Fight, where the original version of YNWA was signed on the album!

I remember back in the winter of '93/'94, as a high schooler, there were already crowds wearing Dynamo scarves showing up at Ripper concerts (I personally attended a smaller one at the old Borsalino venue for Schmidt)...
And unlike, say, the Director or pink pose, they never felt the need to hide the fact that they love football and privately support the supporter subculture. Even Let 3 released an instrumental back in '89 titled Armada...

To celebrate Torcida's 48th birthday in '98, the far coast gifted the fans an excellent track called "be color," and I found that 1994 Dynamo track featuring Josip Lisac & Montažstroj to be quite avant-garde as well...

Anyone from the forum planning on hitting up the game this Saturday? I’m guessing the Bad Boys aren't doing any big organized group trips or anything, but maybe a few of you guys are heading out solo anyway

If you’re talking about the BBB forum, that rule has actually been in place for quite a while now... I don't see any reason to think we're becoming more isolated because of it.
The most important thing right now is that we show up in force at the East Stand this Saturday...
All those spammy newspaper ads and flyers being tossed around town trying to push people toward the North Stand—where tickets are free—is just another one of those dirty games played by Mamić and his henchmen.
Bottom line: everyone needs to be at the East Stand on Saturday...
And one more thing, watch out for provocations. Think twice before you act so we don't end up facing another ban that leaves us sidelined for months.

That rule has been around for quite some time, true enough. However, I wasn't actually addressing that specific point, but rather something else entirely.

Let's get everyone over to the East Stand in as large a group as possible; I truly hope that even those who haven't shown much interest lately will feel that spark again to bring back Real Madrid 🙂
