I honestly thought the whole licensing mess was going to be the end of it—like, I was convinced we'd see a team say, "Nope, we aren't playing against clubs without licenses," and just call it a day, declaring the league irregular... but seeing how easily this can slide through? It means this stuff affects everything, even European competition. And wasn't Lokomotiva playing in Europe for as long as I can remember? Seeing how casually this all passes under the radar... man, I don't even know what to say anymore. Honestly, that sports agency doesn't have any real teeth to actually fix anything; they're basically just there to point out the problems. Look, I'll gladly eat my words and let everyone tear me apart if I'm wrong, but I have a feeling this will just blow over like everything else—big noise, then total silence, and we're back to square one. Let's go, time for another massive hit against the mob... in any sane country, at least a hundred people would be sitting in federal detention right now, yet our league carries on like nothing happened tomorrow. This guy sells players whenever he feels like it, nobody knows where the money is going, and frankly, nobody even asks. That’s just the way it is now... crime has become normalized. Until I see an obituary or a corpse showing how bad things are falling apart, you might as well just forget the whole thing. I agree with what you said about his power fading, though—it felt that way to me too, but hey, who am I to judge what a guy says when every time we try to take him down, he just crushes us harder. I'd be lying if I said I saw any silver lining here. Realistically, this should be what we're fighting for, but whatever—heads up. Two years ago, this kind of thing wouldn't have even made the headlines, let alone been reality.

I honestly think the anniversary of the group is our best shot at applying some serious, massive pressure—but I actually trust the leadership right now. They’re doing their thing, so I’m betting they’ll come up with something smart. We’re gonna need some big-name influencers backing us up during the membership drive, and we seriously need to deal with that whole situation involving the local bars too. It’s all coming to a head soon, I can feel it—if I didn't believe that, I wouldn't be wasting my time showing up to games for a team that basically doesn't exist anymore. That’s literally my only motivation for being here. If I thought I couldn't change a single damn thing, I wouldn't bother, and frankly, I think that "nothing matters" attitude is exactly why our numbers are so low. So many people just sit there thinking they're powerless. But look, we've never been more focused than we are right now, so stop spreading this Defeatism.

Honestly, I felt the exact same way back in the day... but lately, I've actually started to see where he's coming from. Just take a breather, okay? Now really isn't the time to get all philosophical about it. We are never, ever going to turn our backs on him. Time has a funny way of working things out, and justice will prevail eventually. You have to know the difference between reality and pure Defeatism. The reality is that getting rid of him is going to be an uphill battle, but if we stay persistent and fight smart for what's right, we’ll get there. Defeatism is that voice saying it’ll never happen, that the struggle is just pointless and getting harder. Every movement fighting for a righteous cause is "irrational" or "unrealistic" in some way, but history shows us that most of them actually worked because people believed in what they were fighting for. Defeatism just means you've already surrendered.

Jesse Campbell, give the repetitive rants a rest—honestly. If you and your crowd actually showed up to the stands at Yankee Stadium once in a while instead of every leap year, maybe we’d listen. ☕

Every time we try to get out there, it's the same old story. Between us old guys trying to stay active and dealing with kids constantly catching every flu going around, you can't exactly expect us to show up for every single thing.

Fine, maybe elections aren't necessary, but wouldn't you actually want the people to choose you just so you could feel like kings?

Man, you clearly haven't watched a single game.

Getting everyone signed up—anyone who hasn't joined yet—is the absolute priority right now. Honestly, given the garbage being spewed from the stands lately, it’s pretty much the only thing that matters.
I guess things have really started to slide backward over the last month or so...
The next battle kicks off tomorrow. I guess.

Folks, you really need to get signed up for the club as soon as possible.
Honestly, seeing the list of people who just joined up today over at Mustachio's place really made my day.
