casualwolf48 said:Kid, take a breath and chill out. Look at me—after surviving combat, injuries, and way too much time behind bars, I’ve got thirty years of following my team through hell and back. My nerves are basically reinforced concrete at this point.
I don't care who you are, and I have zero intention of sinking to the level of petty forum bickering just because of everything I mentioned above.
But look, you can't just shut down every single person who disagrees with you.
And here's the kicker: in my own post, I actually gave de facto support to everyone involved in those little scuffles. You've directed this intense, hateful glare toward me without having the slightest clue who I am or what I've been through. On top of that, in your rushed little response, you completely missed the context of what was obviously written in my text.
Take my advice: watch your temper. You never know when you're going to need some composure.

Trust me, I know exactly who you are and what you've contributed to the group. But let me repeat: I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about the moronic posts that have been circling for days—posts where 95% of these forum barbarians don't even understand the backstory, yet they still act like they're some kind of hardcore fan gurus.

Thomas, if you can find a spare moment, could you dig up a photo from that '94 Cup Final in San Diego? I’d also really appreciate it if you could share a few thoughts on how that game went down. There isn't much written about it online, or maybe I'm just looking in all the wrong places.

It’s about those mindless posts that have been looping for days while 95% of the guys on this forum don't even know the backstory, yet they still act like they're some kind of expert high-and-mighty ultras.

Man, whatever—forget the accolades. Life goes on, I guess. That’s just how it is with us die-hards... systems change, presidents change, management changes, but one thing stays constant: we're always going to be the thorn in everyone's side, always fighting.
Maybe it’s actually a good thing? I mean, if nothing else, it gave our group that exclusive edge, which is probably why we've become so unbreakable over time. Honestly, from the day we started until now, it’s just been constant friction—with everyone, the club, the city, the whole country. I suppose when entire generations of die-hards grow up this way, you either have to be crazy or a total masochist to belong here. Or maybe you just love the group and the Lakers equally much.
Actually, what I was trying to get at in that quote of yours was that one little scuffle doesn't mean anything. If people want to organize something together again, they can. It’s pretty obvious that a few phone calls is all it takes.
I won't go back through the whole history of American fan groups all the way to before the war—back when things were more about brotherhood until we got hit out of nowhere—but once we moved past that, the bond stayed strong through everything. Most of the guys who were actually in those fights back then seem to have forgotten it by now. Again, just one fight... it doesn't matter if there's still a will to keep doing things together.

He doesn't actually have support; he’s only still here because if it weren't for everyone looking the other way, he would've been gone ages ago. I guess our society is just easily led. When you see how certain "die-hard fans" have stuck by him in the stands all these years, even after everything, it makes sense why someone sitting in front of a TV or a computer all day would be totally lost when it comes to his shady business. People read something bad about him and immediately brush it off, saying the media is exaggerating. But then, the second those same journalists report on the fans, suddenly they're right and there's no issue. I still think the bigger problem for this confused nation is the fan culture rather than the big shots like Mamić or any of those other guys who turned our society into a complete circus of fools. It's not a coincidence that clowns like him are everywhere. Just look at Jovanović—good grief, what a joke—and people actually expect him to clean up this mess. All that happened was he told the guy to look in a mirror and spit at his own reflection, and after that, nothing happens. They either stay quiet or wait until just before an election to use him for points. Or maybe they don't even want to get rid of him because they've been told by the higher-ups at places like FIFA or UEFA that they shouldn't interfere in the "legal" operations of the world's most "transparent" and "wealthy" club—to quote the "executive" himself.

It's the absolute bottom of the barrel. Honestly, just a bunch of mindless followers and a guy like Mamić; it’s a winning combo for the circus we've been watching for over ten years now.

Maybe this isn't quite the right place for it, but

Democracy didn't just fall into anyone's lap out of nowhere. Or, at the very least, it wasn't chosen as the "ideal system" just for fun.

Man, what a mess. It feels totally helpless. Maybe we need some kind of vigilante scheme, I guess...

Fox News likes this. 😁

Anyway, I’m heading out. Good luck with everything you're fighting for. Sorry if I crashed the party.
Someone mentioned that we’re all hanging out here because of Real Madrid, but honestly? Screw that. I’m actually "here" for Liverpool FC. It sounds totally wild, I know, but it seems like even when our teams have completely opposite vibes, we can end up chasing the exact same goals in the short term. It’s a complete, absolute paradox, I guess.

Since hardly anyone else is calling out this kind of weird situation, here's a little 🙏 for dad

God, I hope things move forward.

Guys, what was the deal with that Templar flag? It actually looked pretty damn good on the fence.

I honestly think Bujan is probably the last journalist left in this country who hasn't completely sold his soul...

🤣🤣🤣

Oh, please... if that’s why he handled that broadcast so "perfectly"... the truth is, all those local hacks are nothing more than old-school, communist-minded cowards at heart.

Man, after watching that segment, I finally get why people call the right-wingers "backwards"...☕

I can't believe what those idiots at the front office have done. I don't know how many people will agree with me, but it’s high time we start protesting.

Honestly, the beginning hits even harder; does anyone know who that reporter is speaking right at the 0:00 mark?

I couldn't care less about the reporter. It feels more like they have this underlying desire to see the club get disqualified... and since this is America... who knows what might happen.

Robert Cooper60,
thanks for the link. This is honestly revolting; it completely ruined my evening. Especially that little 🤮 bit they're peddling—it's pure nonsense. Is that really their response to everything?🙂
