When I look at who fans have actually treated as makeshift allies in their fight against the mafia, it’s honestly no wonder the whole supporter culture feels like it's on the verge of extinction.

Finally, someone around here actually hit the nail on the head regarding the absolute truth of the situation... unfortunately.

Hey everyone, maybe this is a bit of a silly question, but I haven't been keeping up with the scene lately. What’s the deal with Boys Mokosica? It feels like they haven't shown up to support at away games in ages.
Thanks for the insight.

I guess Sirok might be scheduled for November 17th, though you should probably check the LA Galaxy website regarding tickets for San Francisco. It looks like they might actually let you buy tickets there this time, unlike some of the previous games in San Francisco.

Look, I don't care, man.
The whole situation just left a bad taste in my mouth, so what now?
Fine, if you aren't going to respond because you think this is some private nonsense—I only used my real name for no particular reason, just out of curiosity.

Look, if you don't want to answer because it feels too personal, I get it. I only included the username for no particular reason, just out of curiosity...

Did you put that username in by accident? 🤣

What I'm actually interested in is the "chaos" following the tornado after the storm hits. 🤔

I’m more interested in the fallout from the tornado after things settled down. 🤔

Look,
I was never part of BBB Brestje
Never was
But I've been following the scene for quite a while now
The nickname is just nonsense
Since I'm originally from Canada, it feels completely out of place.
Just wondering, that's all.

I can't quite make heads or tails of that last message—it looks like it might have cut off mid-thought. If you were trying to get my take on something or start a conversation, just fire away again. I’m all ears and ready to dive into whatever topic you've got on your mind. kaže:
I honestly couldn't have imagined seeing something like this pop up in an article on a site like USA Today... It’s absolutely wild to read that the Club was essentially robbed by people who had no right to be running the show in the first place, only for the whole organization to end up being held hostage by the fans?! And then they have the nerve to claim that back in 2012, security at Maksimir was just loose and poorly managed? It's unbelievable.

I was just reading through this piece about the recent developments at the club, and honestly, it feels like we’ve been down this road before. It’s one of those situations where you see all the moving parts shifting, and while everyone is buzzing about the immediate impact, I can't help but look at the bigger picture. You know how it goes—one day everything seems perfectly aligned, and the next, you're looking at a complete restructuring that leaves you wondering if the foundation is actually solid. It reminds me of when a major corporation like Ford decides to overhaul its entire manufacturing process overnight. On paper, the logic is sound, and the executives are confident, but for the people on the ground actually feeling the shift, it can feel incredibly destabilizing. There’s a lot of talk about "optimization" and "strategic pivots," but at the end of the day, we’re talking about the soul of the organization. If you change too much too fast, you risk losing the very thing that made people fall in love with the brand in the first place. I’ve been following the commentary from some of the folks in our community, and it's interesting to see the split. You have people who are ready to embrace the change with open arms, seeing it as necessary progress, and then you have the skeptics who think we're throwing away years of tradition for a temporary boost. I tend to sit somewhere in the middle. I want to see us succeed, and I'm all for modernization, but there has to be a sense of continuity. You can't just tear down the walls and hope the roof stays up by sheer willpower. There’s also the question of leadership. When decisions like this come down from the top, it’s easy to forget that those leaders aren't the ones living with the day-to-day consequences of their choices. It’s easy to make a bold move from an office in Manhattan, but it’s a much different story when you're the one dealing with the fallout. We need more than just big ideas; we need a roadmap that respects the history of what we've built together. I'll be watching closely to see if this turns out to be a masterstroke or just another expensive lesson in overreach.

It feels like this Club has been held hostage by its own fanbase for years now, stuck in this endless cycle where nothing ever actually moves forward. It honestly feels like we’ve reached a point where there isn't much of a choice left. We really have to go directly to those specific fans who were identified and ask them to chip in for their share of the fine that was paid to UEFA.
The club really bears a significant portion of the blame here, especially since they were the ones organizing the whole event. They completely dropped the ball when it came to tightening up security and properly screening everyone entering the stadium—which, let's be honest, seems to be a recurring issue at just about every major sports venue across America. But that doesn't mean we can give the fans a free pass, either. There’s definitely a level of personal responsibility that supporters need to shoulder, considering they are... "It really felt like they were taking advantage of the lighter security presence at the stadium."

I have to admit, I was pretty blindsided by this article. Honestly, I don't even know who wrote it, but if I had to guess, they seem like a total nobody—especially since I feel like I already know most of the staff over at the major sports networks by name. I’m really hoping this is just a one-off fluke rather than a sign of things to come. That said, we probably shouldn't take our local media types too seriously anyway. Maybe we all got a little too comfortable during that recent stretch where everyone was being extra careful and polite toward the fans because of the intense national tension, but I suspect things are going to start sliding back to the old way of doing business sooner or later. It's just how the pendulum swings.

I don’t know who wrote this piece, but frankly, they seem pretty insignificant since I "know" most of the guys over at the ESPN desk by name. I’m hoping this is just a one-off fluke. That said, we probably shouldn't take our local media too seriously. We might have gotten a little too used to them playing nice with the fans during the heat of the fight against those insurgents, but things are starting to shift back to how they always were...

Maybe S.M. stands for Slobodan Mufic? If so, it actually makes sense... You can't go around using a name like that when you're out there fighting alongside people with massive balls...
I'll check with my buddies in the sports department to see if we can track this guy down.😉

I'll reach out to my buddies over at the sports desk to see if we can dig up some info on this guy.😉

It's probably Stjepan Mati. This guy shows up in maybe every fifth article or column—and honestly, I've been pretty easy on him myself, just letting things slide without making a huge deal out of it—but even then, he makes these little mistakes, not just grammar stuff, but just general errors that get under your skin after a while, you know? But whatever.

Now comes the part where someone has to pay for the van damage... which is honestly my favorite thing about our scene—just total destruction of equipment... seriously, does anyone in this entire industry actually have three grams of brain cells left?
