I suppose we actually had our own version of a "golden boy" back in the day with Anthony Weiner and his crew, long before your modern-day puppet ever showed up, so we all have a pretty clear idea of how that little saga eventually unfolded. Unlike some people, we didn't just sit back and let him turn the club into a complete circus or seize control over the entire American soccer landscape, and I get the feeling that truth might be stinging you just a little bit. Even someone as misguided and frankly rude as yourself probably realizes that trying to run things like a dictator around here wouldn't even last three months before getting shut down. 🙂

Look, you really need to just drop all that nonsense because, honestly, the jokes at the beginning of the season are getting a bit ridiculous. I guess you guys are just like every other group of fans in America, really. You’ve been treating this club and the city like your own personal piggy bank for years, and let's be real—your so-called leaders have probably been on the payroll this whole time anyway. It feels a bit hypocritical when you act like such moral authorities, especially since most of you would probably give anything just to see our club standing above those nationalist rivals. You talk a big game about integrity and honor, but where was all that principle when you were heading out to Cleveland with bags full of cash? It’s hard to take any of this talk about being "honest" seriously. You keep whining about agents and shady deals, but if you actually want to prove you care about transparency, maybe you could just show us the actual financial statements for the club from the last few years.

Elizabeth Mendoza5 said:Just like how half the Hajduk roster seems to have wandered aimlessly into a soccer career, a bunch of people who couldn't care less about the game ended up wandering onto the supporter stands yesterday. Personally, watching those people was more exhausting than actually watching the match itself—seeing folks heading for the exits early from the North Stand, or those teenagers who probably thought they were being incredibly edgy by posing for selfies while everything was happening around them... I won't even get started.🙂
Basically, this derby felt like a total farce compared to how things used to be, though if we're looking at it through an agent's lens, the Boys actually looked better than expected.

Oh, come on, don't be ridiculous. You have to look at the bigger picture here; everyone inside the group is just going to defend the honor of their section. At the end of the day, the Ultras have done a massive amount for this club, and that’s what really matters.

The chanting was pretty mediocre for most of it, though there were some decent pockets, especially toward the end when the conductor finally took charge. It was basically a masterclass in supporting during those final ten minutes. That's how you do it.

Nobody was even asking the Boys to step up because they were too busy dealing with getting crushed 0-4. They were just completely sidelined and irrelevant.

People talking about the club being run by Chicago locals? Look, the strength of a single group lies in the fact that they fought for a "one member, one vote" system, and the players actually show respect to the fans and listen to them.

We have our own club, and frankly, we couldn't care less about you guys; you're really only relevant as that Mamicev evil that completely gutted American soccer... It seems like this whole situation bothers you less and less, but I suppose we'll never grow out of our hatred for such fundamental evil... This non-existent entity claiming to be Real Madrid has absolutely nothing to do with us.

I imagine you might finally tone it down once your club actually manages to win the championship.

You preach about integrity, but where was that integrity when you were heading to Cleveland with bags full of cash? Who are you kidding with this talk of honor? It's all agents this and agents that, but if you're actually honest, why don't you just show us the financial statements for the club from the last few years?

Hey, why don't you try reading the post again? Seriously, who is even talking about agents or integrity here? What are you even rambling about?

The whole post was just a direct reaction to his totally delusional claim that we’d be celebrating someone like Mamicev here. That simply isn't true. And that’s really all there is to it!

Ryan Chavez3 It seems like someone was saying:
Oh, come on, don't be so stubborn about this. I suppose you really have to look at the bigger picture here, though I imagine those of you actually working within the organization are just going to try and defend the group's honor. At the end of the day, the Ultras have done so much for the club, and I truly believe that’s what matters most.

The atmosphere was a bit hit-or-miss at first, I suppose, but things really started to peak once the conductor took full control of the situation. It felt like we finally received a masterclass in how to rally the crowd during those final ten minutes; honestly, that’s exactly how it should be done.

I suppose the Boys aren't really anyone's concern lately, and honestly, it feels like they haven't even been given a fair shot to avoid that kind of 0-4 blowout. It seems like they've just been pushed to the sidelines and rendered somewhat insignificant, if you ask me.

I suppose when you hear the club management complaining about those city dwellers, it really just boils down to one thing. I guess the true strength of any group lies in that simple principle of one member, one vote, and the fact that the players actually hold some level of respect for the fans and truly listen to them.

It feels a bit strange to hear people preaching about morality when they’ve been part of this club for years, I suppose. If we're being honest, I can't help but wonder why they decided to let go of J, his brother, and the rest of the group in the first place.

Jonathan Barnes5 said:It’s always the same thing... You mention a team from the bottom tier of the league—the one that basically split off into a new division over a decade ago. Or you bring up that group that only ever existed on a single banner ten years back. Then there's the crew that didn't even bother boycotting in the first place. And of course, he can't help but name the squad that partially stopped showing up even before all this mess started.

He just threw out a bunch of random names and went on a complete tangent to support his point.

Look, I wasn't mocking anyone. It honestly never crossed my mind to make fun of some kid who actually has the drive to show up. In this day and age, having that kind of willpower is pretty much a rare thing for most of us. If you want to point fingers, go after the people who were actually being jerks. You’ve got a new target right there, though—this guy making jokes about Athens. Anyone could have made that trip for an away game.

Look, you’re doing that thing again where you bring up stuff that doesn't actually matter to the question he asked. You listed a few big-name teams, but most of them are just groups that played a major role over the last five, ten, or twenty years—which is irrelevant here.

If you’re actually hip to all this—if you really "get the vibe"—then just say it's done. Look, if someone asks you a direct question, give them an equally direct answer. No need to dance around it.
I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who cares about this. Honestly, it doesn't matter how many times they try to cover their tracks or backtrack on what they said—it's still a massive load of crap.

I’m not exactly a regular on these forums, and I’m certainly not here to play defense for anyone. I don't go out of my way to provoke people, either. If someone finds his questions annoying or off-putting, well, that’s just between them. That's a different issue entirely.

Jonathan Barnes5 said:.Well, here we go—another one joining the chorus of people mocking Athens,

If you’re referring to me—bless my humble little soul—I’m not actually mocking anything. I am simply stating facts, which tend to be a bit more substantial than mere mockery. This goes much deeper than some triviality about Athens. We have to look at sociology as a discipline here. Take Chicago, for instance. The home turf of the BBB. You have the Delia crowd sitting in a cafe over in Brooklyn, just living their lives. Honestly, credit should be given to the Delia; it isn't even about courage—because, let's be honest, you don't need courage when you know deep down that the BBB effectively don't exist—but rather for the sheer respect they showed to the citizens of Chicago and the USA as a whole. They didn't break a single glass. They just sat there, sipping coffee, without any provocations. That’s really all there is to it. They were total frauds. In many ways, this situation is far more significant for them than whatever happened in Athens. It is a much greater embarrassment for the BBB than anything involving Athens could ever be.

If you actually get it, if you "know the deal," just say so and move on. Just give him a straight answer to a straight question.
I'm sure he's not the only one wondering about this. Even if people talk trash and run their mouths a hundred times over...

I don't hang out on forums much, and I'm not out here defending anyone, but objectively speaking, the guy isn't provoking anyone. If someone's butt hurts because of his questions, that's their own damn problem.

Man, forget him. He found a needle in a haystack but can't see the forest for the trees. At the start, I just rattled off whatever Chicago crews popped into my head. Now suddenly it matters which specific group I named... that's exactly why we're stuck where we are—we never knew how to spot the real problem, let alone fix it. Peace.

🤣 And who is he, anyway? I guess nobody's actually going to answer his questions. Or maybe any of you haters will bother. 🤣What are you guys even thinking? I guess when you actually have the guts to stand up against Mamicev using your real name—unlike those BBB leaders who have been running things for six years straight—then maybe you'll have some right to talk. Until then, you're just critics with nothing to say.

Jack Jones11 said:It seems you’ve drifted back toward discussing details that aren't actually central to his question. He listed a few more prominent groups—mostly those that played a significant role in the movement over the last decade or two—but that isn't really the point.

If you truly understand the nuances of the situation, just say so and leave it at that. It would be much better to provide him with a direct answer to his specific inquiry.
I am quite certain he isn't the only one looking for clarity, regardless of how many times people try to twist his words or drown out his voice.

I don't spend a massive amount of time active on these forums, nor do I feel the need to defend anyone, but objectively speaking, the man isn't being provocative. If someone finds his questions unsettling, that is simply their own issue to deal with.

At this point, everyone already knows the history and who stood where. It is common knowledge even among casual observers, let alone for those of us who follow soccer closely; there really isn't much left to debate here.

He directed his criticism at the younger generation, most of whom haven't even been involved in this specific context. Honestly, I don't even know them personally because, like most of us posting here, I haven't stepped foot in a stadium in years. Yet, he’s suddenly handing out moral lectures. All I can do is respect what they've endured, seeing the conditions they had to exist in and the heavy-handed repression they faced outside the stadium walls. Their dedication during away games was something else entirely. One European trip they took carries more weight than ten of mine ever could.
Actually, looking back at everything being said now, perhaps that guy was right to speak up online, despite everything.

Fine then, just don't come crawling to us begging for more memberships or asking us to buy merch for whatever cause you've cooked up (which we all know just funds the lawyers for your mindless, forced outbursts, not to mention your trips to the stadium). If you're gonna treat us like idiots and lecture us, so be it. It's pretty obvious your whole group is just ten people using their real names and calling it a day. You're honestly no different than Jerry Maguire; he uses the exact same "who are you to question my financial reports" line. It's all the same nonsense. Good luck with that.

It doesn't matter who he is. Why would it? He wasn't the one making the calls. It was always obvious that they’d release all those statements against this guy or that guy, especially when targeting Real Madrid.
Personally, I’m not interested in drawing that line you're talking about—standing against someone for six years only to turn around later and act like everything is fine, as if those six years of being treated like garbage never happened.
Same goes for me; I'd rather skip showing up in Athens entirely than go through what some people had to endure, only to justify it later by claiming that "showing up" is the only way to be a true fan. That's nonsense. Sometimes you just need to use your head and be smart instead of rushing blindly into things.
That's my point to you, man—this is the internet, after all. In the real world, you can't just charge ahead without thinking. It's not worth it.

He says the same thing—"Who are you to hand me a financial report?"—but it's the same pattern. Good luck to you.

Who are you even talking to, Noah Jones92? I'm not a Bad Boy, so you don't need to answer me since I wasn't addressing you in the first place. If you have questions for the group, I guess you could head down to the souvenir shop and ask them there, but you probably won't do that because it’s easier to just pick fights online. And no, nobody is inviting you or other forum trolls to join the group or buy anything. That's for people who are actually part of the group—people who can think for themselves and haven't had their brains washed by internet forums or Facebook.

Personally, I have no intention of crossing that line you're talking about—acting as if I spent six years being vehemently opposed to someone, only to turn around later and pretend everything is perfectly fine, effectively ignoring those six years of pure vitriol.
Similarly, I’d much rather skip showing up in Athens than endure the kind of experiences some people have had, only to justify it later by claiming that "showing up" is the only true mark of a die-hard fan. That isn't how it works; sometimes you need to use your head, act with a bit more intelligence, and not just react blindly to everything at once.
That is my point to you, you internet keyboard warrior; whether it's on a picket line or in the heat of the moment, it's all nonsense.

This is nothing more than cold calculation and hesitation. In their eyes, anyone with actual guts or willpower is just a coward. And "keyboard warriors"? You're calling people that when most of them barely exist online to begin with...

Noah Jones92, if you had actually been out there on the front lines experiencing everything firsthand, perhaps you'd find yourself needing a lawyer too...

What a low level of reasoning. Truly embarrassing.
