Basically, they’re just as pathetic when it comes to limits as any other bookie out there. Just more garbage, along with those Russ guys.
It feels like if you actually want to bet some real money, your only options are the Asian sites (DraftKings, 188bet, BetMGM...) or Pinnacle. But man, it sucks that they don't have the same level of processing or the massive variety of leagues you see elsewhere.
I haven't really looked into how the Germans operate—stuff like Betway, FanDuel, Bet365...🤷

I will say that Betway isn't actually a bad choice if you ask me, though I must point out that you can't go around parlaying players from the exact same game, which is a bit of a nuisance! As for their betting limits, I haven't really pushed the boundaries enough to give a definitive verdict, so I can't say for certain.
Regarding the other platforms, I simply haven't had the pleasure of testing them out myself yet.

I haven't had any issues with this, nor have I ever. As soon as I reach out, they tell me exactly what steps to take, and as long as you don't try to get tricky or play games, it's smooth sailing.
People really overcomplicate this, but it couldn't be simpler. Of course they're going to ask for some documentation—what else would they do? Their reputation and long-term business depend on it. If they let everyone do whatever they wanted without any verification, things would fall apart. Imagine if anyone could just pull small amounts from their own account or someone else's...
Everyone seems shocked that PayPal needs verification, yet nobody bats an eye when a major bank here in the States asks for basically your firstborn just to clear a transaction. And don't even get me started on the endless amount of silly questions people ask about things that don't even affect them.

It feels like if you actually want to get serious about betting, your only real options are those big Asian books—you know, the ones like DraftKings or BetMGM—and then there's FanDuel. But honestly? It’s such a massive headache because they don't offer settlements quickly enough, and their league coverage is pretty hit-or-miss compared to what you really need.
I honestly have no idea what the vibe is like over in Germany—whether they prefer using BetRivers, Betway, Bet365, or 10bet... 🤷
They’re actually worse than the Brits, believe me. Honestly, 10bet is hands down the most unprofessional sportsbook I have ever encountered. They have this "max bet" option you can select—which sounds great on paper—but then the second you try to place a wager for, say, half that amount, they just sit there spinning the payment for forty seconds. Then, out of nowhere, you get this notification saying "odds have changed." It’s incredibly shady—it feels like some trader is literally watching what you want to put down, waiting for you to commit, and then slashing the odds right under your nose just to say, "too bad, take it or leave it."
I was playing a live game back when I was trying to clear a bonus, and I hit this frustrating moment—I had a basketball over bet that just sat there spinning for a solid 120 seconds. Then, right as the play goes my way—like, two three-pointers drop back-to-back—the system just hits me with a message saying "odds have changed." It’s such a killer feeling when everything lines up perfectly, only for the site to pull the rug out from under you at the last second.
To put it bluntly—this sportsbook is basically built for people who only know how to lose. The second you actually manage to pull in a decent profit—say, $300 or $400—that’s when the headaches start!

Has anyone tried withdrawing cash using a Neteller card from an ATM in Canada? I'm curious about what kind of fees they're hitting you with.

Regarding limits, Bet365 and WH tolerated me without restrictions for the longest—over two years, even with winnings totaling just a few dozen bucks. Now, Bet365 hits my new accounts with limits within a matter of days, so I’ve given up on them.
William limited me recently for the first time, so I decided to try a new tactic there.
Specifically, I opened six new accounts with them (matching the number of Neteller accounts I currently hold) and I rotate through them daily, naturally switching my IP address and clearing my cookies. It’s working so far, though it’s only been about ten days. I wouldn't dare predict how long this will last.
What are your predictions? Should we place a bet?🙂

William actually hit me with my first restriction recently, which prompted me to try a little experiment.
I went ahead and opened six different accounts with them—matching the number of Neteller accounts I currently hold—and now I rotate through them daily, making sure to swap out my IP address and clear my cookies every single time. It seems to be working for now, though it's only been about ten days, and I wouldn't dream of predicting how much longer this charade can last.
What do you all think? Shall we place a wager on how long I'll last?🙂
Are you just printing fake IDs at this point?😁

Maybe the real issue here is that you've got six different accounts sitting wide open. 🤷
I’m signing off until people actually start contributing something useful or even remotely constructive.
Complaining about having six active accounts and then whining about why I'm getting limited or blocked 🙂 definitely isn't going to help anyone.

Morgan Hill84 said:I was wondering if there are any foreign sportsbooks—online, obviously—where I can deposit and withdraw funds directly via bank transfer, or am I stuck using PayPal? Any recommendations? Since they introduced taxes on winnings, it doesn't really make sense to bet with the USA anymore. Basically, I’m looking for an international bookie with decent odds that is actually reliable when it comes to payouts. I don't care about being limited since there aren't as many bettors involved anyway. Thanks in advance!

Well, you can actually deposit directly using any standard bank account or credit card, right? It doesn't really matter if you're pulling from a checking, savings, or even a foreign currency account! The only real headache you'll run into is those pesky conversion fees, which is why I always suggest keeping a dedicated account in the exact same currency as your sportsbook profile to keep things smooth.
Depending on which specific sports you find yourself wagering on, you truly can't go wrong with heavyweights like Bet365, William Hill, or Paddy Power.

Bet365 sends physical mail to my address, and honestly, I can't be bothered with that. Does anyone from this list not do that?

Still going with Bet365. I did my homework and read through plenty of reviews. They're solid. Thanks for the help, and thanks to the mod for unlocking this thread!

What kind of ID scans does DraftKings need when you're hitting that first withdrawal?
Like, even if it’s just some small change—maybe $50 or $100 or whatever?

Honestly, everyone, if you look at ANY of the major international online sportsbooks out there, it is standard practice across the board to request some form of government ID along with a utility bill or a bank statement just to verify who you are! They do this to confirm your identity and, more importantly, to prevent anyone from trying to sneakily open multiple accounts under the same name!!!!
It really is just a perfectly standard procedure, isn't it? I truly don't understand why there is so much shock, panic, or suspicion surrounding such a routine requirement.

Hey everyone... I see you all helping each other out here, so if you could throw me a bone and answer a few things, I'd appreciate it.
Like most of you, I'm pretty much fed up with the local bookies around here, so I've managed to scrape together a little bankroll—a few hundred bucks or so. Basically, I want to open an account with an international sportsbook. I've been reading through the last few pages of this forum and feel like I have a decent handle on how it works, but there's one catch. I'm looking for a site where I don't need to jump through a million hoops with paperwork. To be clear, I'm not dodging any ID requirements or anything; I'm totally fine with providing documentation. The actual issue is that I'm only 19 and I don't have my own bank account set up yet. So, if anyone could point me toward a solid offshore sportsbook that might work with my situation, I'm all ears.

It seems that every single online sportsbook out there eventually demands some form of identity verification, doesn't it? Some of them insist on it right at the start, while others wait until you're actually trying to collect your first big win!
If you find yourself without a proper bank account, why not just go ahead and open one? It really isn't that much trouble, as the annual fees at a place like Chase are only about $6, and then you can finally enjoy some peace of mind.

I used to play poker and occasionally placed bets over at Unibet, and for about a year now I’ve been using Marathon—neither of them ever asked me for any kind of verification. The withdrawals just went straight back to the same account I used for deposits, so...
