Hey there,
I was wondering if anyone here actually knows or has some experience dealing with withdrawals over at Betway. So, here’s the deal... I used a $5 bonus code when I signed up, and now my balance has climbed to about $120, so I'm looking to cash out. My main concern is whether it's even possible to pull the money out if I don't have a credit card handy—or, honestly, if I just don't feel like handing over my card details. Maybe I could withdraw via Skrill and then just transfer it from there to my Chase account? I've heard through the grapevine that these places can be pretty difficult when it comes to actually letting you take your winnings.

You don't even need a credit card. Just get a Skrill account and fund your DraftKings account from there. No bank needed, just cash on Skrill...

The catch is if Skrill hits you with a limit, you're screwed. Better to have the account verified, though I doubt you'll run into issues. Back in the 2012/2013 season, I used Skrill for everything all year long without getting flagged once—and I wasn't even verified back then. If nothing has changed in the last two years, you should be fine...

But if you keep doing this, you might as well verify your Skrill halfway. At least do it for the address part so they mail you a confirmation; having that partially verified will save your skin later. Once you start moving bigger sums, you can just link a bank or card and go full verification...

For what you're asking right now, a basic Skrill account without any cards or extra bullshit should work fine. Here’s what they say about DraftKings...

DraftKings withdrawal:
Skrill (Moneybookers)

2 withdrawals per month are free. After that, they charge up to $5.00 (depending on the currency) for every additional withdrawal.

Skrill has rolled out a brand-new policy where you simply upload a photo or a scan of your driver's license or passport, and wouldn't you know it, your account gets verified within about two to three weeks without any pesky limits holding you back!

But wait, there is actually an even faster way to handle this—isn't that wonderful? If you give them a quick call right after you finish uploading your documents, they can actually wrap up the whole verification process in just five to ten minutes!

The number to reach them at is 00442035145562

Just make sure you have your user ID handy, which you can find sitting right there in the top right corner of the screen, and be prepared because they will likely ask for your date of birth and potentially your zip code.

Quick question about Betway. About two months ago, they mailed me a verification code so I could actually withdraw my winnings, but the letter never showed up. Has anyone here managed to fully verify their account without that physical code? Is there any way to cut a deal with them? I'm calling customer support this afternoon, so if anyone’s dealt with this nonsense before, let me know!

Has anyone here managed to fully verify their account without that physical code, perhaps by cutting a deal with support? I’m planning to reach out to their customer service this afternoon, so if anyone has dealt with this headache before, I would love to hear your experiences!

Just request a new Verification Code (Request New Code), then hop onto the live chat to make sure they actually acknowledge the request and confirm it's been sent. Provided your mailing address is correct, it should arrive eventually. Trying to "negotiate" your way around the process is a massive uphill battle; following the steps I just mentioned is much more practical. Just make sure you save a transcript of the chat where they confirm the shipment, just in case you need some leverage if it goes missing again.

Trying to negotiate this stuff is a headache; just follow what I said. And hey, save a screenshot of the chat where they confirm the resend—you might need it later if it fails again.

My address is fine. I already uploaded my ID photos and everything cleared without an issue. That verification letter just never showed up. Thanks for the tip, though. I was already thinking about requesting a new code.

I doubt they even send those codes anymore. In my experience, they always verify accounts using a photo ID or by just going to Settings > Profile > Identity Verification > Enter SSN.

Same here—account is verified, but I'm totally stuck on withdrawals until I clear this hurdle:
"As part of the KYC* process by entering your Verification Code (Request New Code), you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and the full details entered on your account are true and correct in every respect."

So, have you actually managed to pull off any successful withdrawals without entering a code over the last couple of years?

I've had my account for a few months now. I haven't seen a single payout because I can't withdraw without a code that never shows up—and I can't even request it again. USPS 🙏

Look, I wasn't asking you about withdrawals 😁
so why don't you just try requesting the code one more time? It isn't exactly rocket science, is it? 😁

Unknown, I misread that. But no, I'm not doing it because I know it won't show up. I was just wondering if there was a way to do it without the code... Besides, you aren't the only one making my life miserable; I'll just find another sportsbook. 👍

What else would you expect? You don't need anything to make a deposit.
Nothing has changed since I opened my first account back in 2011, up through when I opened my last one in 2013.
I don't bother opening more anymore because they just end up limiting me almost immediately anyway.

I actually managed to get my account verified yesterday without even waiting for that physical code they usually send through the mail!

I just shot them an email containing my driver’s license, state ID, and a utility bill at documents@fandael.com. I even hopped onto their live chat to let them know the documents were sent since my postal mail hasn't arrived yet, and wouldn't you believe it? The whole thing was sorted out in just five minutes! They sent me an email where I simply had to click to confirm all my details were accurate—or just reply to the thread saying everything was correct—and then, presto, I was all set to start making withdrawals.

Withdrawals to online wallets are only permitted if you used them for your initial deposit. That means services like PayPal or Venmo. For anyone looking to withdraw $100, you will likely need to have it sent to a bank account instead. Also, the most important rule is to ensure your sportsbook account is fully verified before you even think about making a deposit.

I mostly stick to FanDuel for my online action. I used to bounce around sites like bwin, Unibet, and Sportingbet, but I eventually realized FanDuel just has the best selection, the most live betting options, and the deepest markets. So, when I decide to play lately, they're my go-to. I haven't run into any limits yet, though I’m usually down overall—even if I have managed to spike my bankroll up to around $250-$300 at times.

A few questions. (I'm mainly looking for an answer to the third one):

1. I saw someone a few pages back recommending DraftKings, so I went to check them out, but I can't seem to find their live betting section?

2. What other sites do you guys recommend?

3. Which major US sportsbook offers the most live betting variety and the best live football markets?

1. They don't offer traditional live betting—you have to navigate through the sports menu on the left, then look under football to find "Live football."
The live selection isn't particularly deep, by the way. If you want serious betting, DraftKings is still the gold standard—their odds are consistently the highest out there.

2. DraftKings, FanDuel, and BetMGM—those three have a pretty solid live betting lineup.

3. I’d say Standard Chartered and Charles Schwab offer very similar live options, though their overall variety is hard to beat.

Standard Chartered beats Charles Schwab when it comes to the live betting selection—Schwab usually offers slightly better odds, sure, but it's a different ballgame. I looked at Germany, and while they don't charge any margin on live bets, their odds are honestly a joke, so what’s even the point?
