Is that coming from experience, or are you just being one of those typical Americans who insists on being right about absolutely everything?

You should probably just order it from Prosport if you're living near the border, or maybe find someone who can pick it up for you at the local post office over there.
Personally, I am beyond satisfied with Optimum; their Whey tastes absolutely fantastic. Liquid Amino is also top-tier!

😬

I don't follow this sport closely enough to claim any firsthand expertise, but I spend enough time reading through recommendations and other people's posts... plus, there’s a certain level of basic logic involved, isn't there?

But seriously, what the hell, I just realized they slashed the prices halfway. 😲 I can't believe itβ€”900g for $33, am I losing my mind or something? O_o
It seems incredibly cheap. Does anyone happen to know how much shipping might run?

I just found another tub of glutamine tucked away in my pantry, and it looks like it expired about a year ago πŸ™„
I honestly feel terrible about just tossing it outβ€”is there any real risk of me getting sick or dealing with some weird stomach issues if I decide to use it? 😬

I honestly feel bad about wasting it. Will I start gaining weight or just end up looking bloated if I take this? 😬

I wouldn't touch that with a ten-foot pole. Just no.

Honestly, if you feel like it’s time for an upgrade, just toss the old one and grab something fresh.
You can pick up Optimum 300g for $18, 600g for $29, or 1 kg for $25β€”or, if you prefer the convenience of tablets, the 240 caps option is about $17.

Alternatively, you could just go with the Optimum Nutrition 100 % Whey protein, which gives you a solid 4g of glutamine and 5.5g of BCAA per serving.

So, here’s the deal... I’ve got this Hyper Mass 6000 from Multipower, and the label says I should mix 150g with 550ml of milk?? wtf, isn't that a massive amount? Also, it suggests one serving a day, but I'm hitting the gym twice a day, every single day. ADVICE PLEASE!

It’s not "too much" because let's be realβ€”Hyper Mass is just a basic gainer loaded with sugar and barely any actual protein. Next time you're out buying supplements, do yourself a favor and grab some Weider whey or Dymatize Elite Whey. Yeah, they might cost a few bucks more, but they're easily five times better quality than that brand and definitely way better than those cheap gainers.

Alright, thanks... got this stuff from my gym. One more thing though... the label on the tub says a 150g serving contains BCAAs, glutamine, and some other amino acids. Does that mean I don't need to take my Liquid Amino since I'm already drinking it once a day? Thanks again.

Hey everyone... I was wondering if anyone here has actually come across this before
http://best-weight-loss-program.net/...pplementation/
Give it a quick readβ€”they're claiming it's some kind of next-level creatine, supposedly ten times better than the standard stuff and all that. Has anyone actually tried this or dealt with it? Thanks in advance!

I'm looking to pick up some whey. I want something high quality, but let's be real, I don't want to go broke doing it.
I originally grabbed a 5lb tub of that ELITE WHEY, paid about $133, only to realize right as I was scraping the bottom of the container that I'd been burned. Apparently, I read online that the whole line was a jokeβ€”they actually got slapped with fines because the label was a total lie. Some testing showed it was basically 40% carbs. Great. Just great.

I need another 2kg to get me through my daily workouts for the next couple of months. I did some digging and stumbled upon this brand called Pro.Nutrition. They have a 1kg whey for $55. Anyone here actually used them? Is the protein count legit or is it more of the same? How's the quality...

Anyone else have any decent whey recommendations? Drop them below.

Look...
I'm 16, standing 5'11", and weighing about 123 lbsβ€”which is honestly way too light.
Given my age and weight, I'm looking for advice on which proteins to take if I want to hit a normal weight range (and ideally build some actual muscle while I'm at it).
Any help would be appreciated.πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

I want to know which proteins I can take considering my age and weight so I can gain some actual mass (and if it's possible to build muscle too)?
Please help me outπŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

If I were you, I'd grab some mass gainer or whatever they call them. Basically, anything with both carbs and protein is probably your best bet for gaining weight.
Maybe ask someone else for their take too.

Thanks, manβ€”where can I pick up some mass gainers and what’s the damage like?
I’ve been hearing that certain whey powders are the gold standard, but I'm still pretty green to all this, so who knows. 🀷

www.google.com

I keep hearing that some specific whey powder is supposed to be the absolute best, but honestly, I'm still such a newbie at this whole thing, so I really don't know...🀷

Whey is basically just protein
Mass gainer is mostly just sugar
If you can afford it, buy the whey first; otherwise, maybe just skip it entirely.
And just eat real food.

Thanksβ€”can I pick up a portion of that Whey separately (and which one would you suggest for me)? Also, how much extra would that run me?
