If you're looking for a solid video player, I’d suggest checking out VLC Media Player instead. Personally, I've found that BSPlayer can be a bit hit or miss depending on which codecs you have installed, whereas VLC just tends to work right out of the box without all the extra headache.
If you're looking for a solid way to view your photos, Windows Photo Viewer is still a reliable option. It gets the job done without any unnecessary fluff.

For music: Winamp Pro.

I’m using VLC Media Player to handle my videos, but only because I’ve got the K-Lite Codec Pack installed!! http://www.free-codecs.com/k_lite_Me...k_download.htm
I actually had an older version of VLC Media Player sitting on my hard drive from a previous K-Lite Codec Pack install, so I just slapped the new version of the K-Lite Codec Pack on top of it—and man, does this thing support way more than the old one did 😁 which means I can finally watch Flash-based videos right in VLC Media Player and a whole bunch of other stuff too..
For audio, I stick with Winamp
And for pictures? I use Snagit

What’s your go-to media player these days? I’m talking about things like RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, VLC, Winamp, or even Windows Media Player Classic...
And more importantly, which one actually handles the widest variety of file formats without throwing a tantrum?

GOM. It supports a ton of different formats and honestly looks pretty slick. 😁
For my music, I usually just stick with RealPlayer.

VLC Media Player, hands down. You can use VLC Media Player, sure, but you’ll be stuck hunting down codecs or messing with filters just to get things to actually work, and honestly, it can be a bit hit or miss. Then there's VLC. Everything else is just noise. And yeah, I'm talking about video.

Is Zoom Player 6 RC actually top-tier, or should I just stick with KMPlayer?
