The girls who were in the hall and had to provide store-bought cookies—does anyone have any suggestions on where you picked yours up? Honestly, my dream scenario would be if they actually deliver straight to the room and already have everything
nicely packaged for the tables... I’m really trying to avoid having one more thing on my plate to worry about, so if you could help a girl out, please!🙂

What’s the price per pound?

They really are the best—and definitely the most expensive—of anything I've come across. 😢
I'm in the same boat, looking for advice on finding that sweet spot between quality and cost. Just please, whatever you do, don't suggest Verizon. If I end up using them, I'll probably never have to deal with anyone else again—unless my friend was just having a run of bad luck.

Wait, what on earth just happened here? I feel like I have enough of the store-bought stuff to handle the salads, but I'm really crossing my fingers that I'll have plenty of homemade supplies left over for the dressing...

What’s the price for Cream?

Look, nothing actually happened to her—people just weren't feeling it. She was rushing through the prep, didn't taste anything, followed ten different people's recommendations, and ended up disappointed anyway. It wasn't a total disaster, but it was a waste of time.

You aren't even suggesting she'd distribute local stuff—(that didn't cross my mind at all)—just how to get them to the venue, or are you thinking about distributing them later?

Hey, I'm from San Diego. anyone have recommendations for a wedding dress boutique?

I see names like Nicholas, Bridget, Galina, and Tina popping up online. Does anyone have any good or bad experiences they can share?

Personally, I think I'll hand them out right at the end of the wedding reception. I know I'll probably stress myself out a little bit at home a day or two before while I'm busy packing everything up, but it honestly feels much more practical to me if there's already a cute little box of sweets waiting to go... and someone can just drop them off at the hall the night before....

We ended up booking the standard menu at Castle..
As for the band, I honestly haven't the slightest clue who we're going to hire yet..
I've been looking through every photographer available in the Miami area, and I'm really torn between California and Julia's studio...

Hey there! I’m in desperate need of some makeup artist recommendations in Miami. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I’d be seriously grateful 🙂
if you wouldn't mind sending over some photos and a phone number via DM!
thanks 😉

Lucy Spajic and Antonia Guć have been the main topics of conversation here lately, so maybe try mentioning 🙂 If I remember correctly, the girls also posted about Anne Benzon.

I only ever stepped foot in Nicholas's shop back in the day, and Claire was working there then; she was honestly amazing. 👍
As for Bridget, I've heard nothing but good things, and while I know Tina's been around since I moved to San Diego, I haven't actually dealt with them myself...

Hey everyone, we’re filming the intro video for the DVD next week and we're hunting for some out-of-the-box location ideas around the Miami area. If anyone has any wild suggestions, let me know! Sadly, our photographer just gave us the usual clichés—like the beach or old ruins... everything's been done to death already. Thx

Well, start with the coastal towns... maybe a historic fort😉, a local museum, or even a sleek hotel lobby for those reception shots. Also, check out the marina—I shot there once and the lighting was incredible. Then definitely hit up Klis Fortress... it's a killer backdrop. And obviously, finish it off in Miami... the boardwalk, the waterfront, the old downtown district, or maybe near the stadium😉. 😁 ....

Pantana, St. Martin, Red Land (that beach near Divulje)...
The shipyard idea sounds absolutely wild to me... Maybe a shopping mall (or even just the vibe of the cosmetics aisle at a Target or a Cosmos), Little Harbor, a hiking lodge up in Sućurac, or maybe visiting the Klis Fortress..
The old historic district of Trogir.. Honestly, Miami feels a bit repetitive and worn out sometimes...
It might be worth driving out toward Omiš, though... You could check out the Radmanov mills, the old town, the historic village, or Little Harbor..

Hey, does anyone know if any flower shops around here rent out vases? We need some tall ones, and buying them all would be way too expensive 😢

Just how many vases are we talking about here? Are you looking for those towering ones, like something you'd see at a fancy cocktail party in Manhattan??

If I'm doing it, I'd need them—and I'd need 20 vases for 20 tables.
