I get the feeling lately that way too many girls want OHC just to grow their breasts.
I mean... it’s not exactly normal to me. 😕

Hey. Just checking in—not that anyone's really waiting for me. 👋
I never actually said I *wanted* my breasts to grow from pills—not that I'm judging—but seeing how much they changed on her was just surreal. It caught my attention, so I asked her for some clarity...😛

neonbadger43 said:I’ve got this specific issue I'm dealing with. I have a mild case of PCOS, but lately, everything has just spiraled out of control... I exercise regularly, I eat clean... and yet, I can't drop these few pounds I want to lose, and I feel constantly bloated. It hurts terribly, and honestly, I feel like I'm stuck in a permanent state of PMS. Basically, I have all the PMS symptoms every single day except when I actually have my period. That's the only time I feel okay. My gynecologist prescribed Yaz. So, I guess we'll see... I've never taken birth control before, so I have zero experience with it, but my current situation is becoming unbearable. I know of cases where a girl started pills and actually lost weight and felt much better once her hormones stabilized. I'm wondering, though—do these pills have any impact on causing depression or anxiety...? What has your experience been like??? I mean, my situation is pretty dire, so I don't think I have much to lose...🙂

Look, it’s all highly individual—as you might have already gathered from that other post by various women—everyone presents with a different set of symptoms.
I suppose Yaz might help stabilize things—though who knows—I guess it’s all subjective. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes. 🙂

Don’t get me wrong—the post wasn't even aimed at you directly. It’s just that my cup size jumped up, and now a few acquaintances have noticed—so suddenly they’re all looking for ways to boost their own measurements too. Then I see some of these posts on the forum and I honestly can't wrap my head around it—why would anyone think it makes sense to mess with their hormones just to jump from a fake C cup to a fake D? And by "fake," I mean just stuffing a half-empty bra with socks... 😁

Well, blame the guys who want everything bigger, or those airbrushed models with impossible bodies—now everyone thinks they need surgery or pills to look like a filtered Instagram post..
Honestly, I was actually happy when mine grew..😁
But taking them just for that? No way..
My libido used to be *off the charts*, and now it's basically zero... which I am not enjoying... I'm on Lyndinette 20, thinking about switching to the 30—same stuff, just a higher dose—maybe that'll bring my drive back... it's annoying 😢 😢 😢

Alexander Jackson16 said:I’m thinking about starting on them... so I was wondering: are there any side effects, and are they actually safe to take if you're planning on breastfeeding? (I mean, do they impact your health at all?) Also, I heard somewhere that you aren't supposed to smoke while you're using them... and is it true that they make your breasts grow? haha 🙂

Just scroll through the replies from the start of this thread—everyone has already answered your questions a dozen times over... ☕
Of course there are side effects, but it’s all highly individual...
As for smoking, it's risky—though I still smoke, and I actually find myself smoking more since I started, probably due to the nerves :P
Some people see growth, others don't; mostly it's just swelling from the hormones, though most of that seems to subside eventually... anyway, just read the thread from the top and you'll find plenty of answers... 😉

I have a quick question and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I started taking birth control pills for the first time—specifically Lindinette 20—and I’m currently on my fifth pack. I’m honestly thinking about wrapping things up since I don’t actually need them for protection anymore; the main reason they worked for me was that they significantly dialed down my period cramps, and I’ve also noticed my hair isn't growing back quite as thick or fast as it used to. My doctor originally prescribed a six-month course, so my plan was to finish this last pack and then just call it quits. Is there some kind of specific timeframe or rule I should be aware of, or can I basically stop whenever I want once I hit the end of this box? Thanks!

Ladies, I need some insight if anyone has experience here.
Last week I started on birth control (the Yaz pack) and now I’ve come down with strep throat. How much does being sick actually impact the effectiveness of the pills? I know the rules about staying on schedule during the first week of a new pack, but what about when you're on the final week?

If anyone knows, please let me know (otherwise, I'll just spend my afternoon Googling it).😉

Can you just stop already? Seriously. When I took my three-month break after being on Yaz for a whole year—I just finished the pack and didn't start a new one... 🙂 Gin advised me to redo those tests from before the intake—just to see how everything was holding up afterward—and everything came back fine. Honestly, you probably won't need to run them again since I took some extra pills along with the Yaz, so we just needed that follow-up check...

Mine too—they've actually gone up. But honestly, I took a break from it for a bit, and now my measurements are maybe an inch or two—three max—larger than before. I'm hitting the size 20s on Lindy's now, and once I hit M... well, hopefully soon... 😁

No, they don't.
Only certain antibiotics actually interfere with the pill's efficacy—it's quite rare, really.—so you should be fine.

Alright, let me jump in with a question.

How long does it take for pills to kick in?
Thanks.

It’s right there in the post—you really should have just read the replies from the start...
If you start on the first day of your period, you're protected immediately—but if you pick any other day during your cycle, you're looking at a week or two, depending on the specific pill...

Regarding u-oblacima and enedielle, those posts have been moved here.

I would kindly ask the ladies of this forum to direct any questions about specific contraceptive pills to their designated threads—there is a dedicated topic for almost every individual brand—rather than posting them here.

I have a question regarding birth control pills and smoking.😁 I haven't been able to find anything definitive on the matter, so I was wondering if any of you might know...
To be brief, I am currently taking Lindynette 20, and I am just starting my third pack. I am curious about the effects of smoking marijuana while on these pills; I cannot find any specific information addressing this combination anywhere.🤷 I would truly appreciate some accurate information or practical advice—please, no guesswork. Thank you in advance.🙂

I'm sticking with the same routine—just some weed. Personally, I don't buy into the whole "it's bad for you" hype when it comes to hormones—after all, it’s just a plant, right? Similar to drinking chamomile tea or whatever else people use to relax. It doesn't affect your chemistry like that. The only real downside is the smoke itself—inhaling any kind of smoke isn't great for your lungs or blood clotting risks—but let's be real, unless you're lighting up dozens of joints a day, the odds are pretty slim. :P
Sometimes—just sometimes—I’ll take some chamomile along with my pills to level things out. It works, I suppose. But I should clarify: strictly occasionally. 🤣 Not that this is exactly a glowing recommendation—but please, don't go judging too harshly. 😳

Just one question—has anyone actually experienced changes to their gut health while on these pills? —just wondering if it's a common side effect.
I don't really know how else to put this—my gut basically forces me to sprint for the restroom, and then, predictably, it’s just pure chaos.
How do I fix this? — I’m certain it’s the pills, since this started the very first day I began taking them—and I’m already on my second pack.

I'm curious—has anyone else noticed their anatomy feeling different internally since starting birth control? Everything feels... off during intimacy. It’s hard to pin down—nothing specific, just a strange sensation that wasn't there before—but if you've experienced this, please let me know. Any insight would be appreciated.

I'm dealing with the frequent bathroom trips too, and since Yaz is a decent diuretic, I’m constantly running to pee as well.😁

I also had some weird sensations down there during sex when I first started the pill—kind of a sharp, stabbing feeling. After the first few weeks, though, that part seemed to settle down.

I’m dealing with the same thing—having to hit the restroom more often. Since Yaz acts as a diuretic, the constant trips to the bathroom are unavoidable.😁

When I first started the pill, things felt… off during intimacy—sort of a sharp, stinging sensation down there. After the first few weeks, though, that feeling finally subsided.

Honestly, I can’t even put it into words—it’s just this bizarre, internal sensation. It feels like something has shifted inside, making everything feel different during sex—almost like I can physically sense the tissue moving in a way that isn't normal. (It’s not as traumatic as I’m making it sound, but it’s just… strange. My uterus just feels "different" internally.) :SS I’ve been on it for six weeks now—should this pass?
I just hope my digestive system doesn't go haywire like my friend's did; her gut was completely wrecked by them...🙂

I suppose there’s nothing left to say. Maybe everything was just noise all along. kaže:
I honestly can’t quite put my finger on it. I don't even know how to describe it properly, but it feels like something is just... different inside. It's this bizarre sensation, almost as if something has detached. I can actually feel that piece of tissue moving in and out. It's definitely unusual, though maybe it isn't as terrifying as I'm making it sound. I guess my uterus just feels strange. Anyway, I've been on this medication for six weeks now—should this feeling be going away by now?
I just hope my gut doesn't get wrecked by pills like my friend's did. Everything for her just went totally sideways... I guess.🙂

I had this feeling like some kind of "needle" was pricking me down there. It wasn't exactly a pleasant sensation, I guess. 😁 It’s finally over, thank god—after a whole month. I guess you should probably call your OB-GYN and ask what the deal is if things don't clear up soon. 😉

Hmm—maybe just call it by its name if it doesn't clear the second box after the break... thanks for that. 🙂)
It’s just frustrating—I honestly have no clue how to put this into words for her, or even what I should say to her in the first place :P

And did you not experience any mood swings or anything of that nature? I realize I am asking foolish questions, but then again, I have certainly uncovered plenty of my own foolishness 🙂

I’m asking you all to stop bringing up marijuana on this forum, especially not in the Health PDF section.

If you aren't familiar with how this place works, go read the rules. Anything illegal is strictly off-limits here. So, spare us the stories about how weed is "just a plant" and isn't harmful; save those lectures for your private messages or somewhere else entirely.
