How to remove genital warts?

Look, I’d really appreciate it if someone could take a second to actually read through my previous post before jumping in—if you happen to know anything about this, please, just weigh in with what you know!

I’ve been dealing with this condyloma crap and tried treating it with podophyllin, and let me tell you, the fallout has been brutal!!! That stuff basically melts everything it touches. Since the area is so awkward, it almost always hits the surrounding skin, even when I try to protect it with zinc paste. Long story short, one small lesion on my penis fell off the very next day, but the ones near my anus are being stubborn as hell and won't budge—plus, everything around them is absolutely scorched. I can barely sit or walk right now. Be extremely careful with podophyllin, especially regarding how long you leave it on. One doctor told me to apply it, let it sit for three hours, and then rinse it off, but another guy said that's insane and you should only leave it for maybe three minutes at most, gradually increasing the time by a minute each time. I have no clue which one is right, all I know is sitting down is pure torture right now.... They even mentioned using cauterization, but I know how much that hurts. I've heard stories about people passing out just from having warts removed on their hands that way, so imagine doing that to such a sensitive spot down there...😢

Basically, podophyllin causes severe burns. You have to apply it ONLY to the lesion itself and make sure zero contact is made with the healthy skin, because after a day or two, the consequences are horrific. It feels like you've been splashed with boiling oil!!!!! I can hardly sit.

To be honest, I don't know much about those warts, thank God. But I do know a girl who dealt with them; she went through cauterization and was screaming in pain, only for them to resurface later. At her mother's suggestion, she visited a homeopathic specialist in Chicago... she cleared them up without any pain and hasn't had a recurrence in about five years. I don't have the doctor's exact address on hand, but if anyone is interested, I can look it up. Best of luck to you all.

I was diagnosed with anal condylomas about a month and a half ago... maybe closer to two months now.
First, my dermatologist applied this chemical treatment; I had to see her every seven days for about a month before moving on to cryotherapy. Toward the end, it started stinging pretty badly because she was trying to clear them out thoroughly.
Right now, they’ve all cleared up on the surface, but there’s still one inside the anal canal, which is a bit of a headache since she can't really reach it there. She referred me to a surgeon for an anoscopy, but the local hospital doesn't even have the equipment on hand—it hasn't been used there in ages—so I'm currently stuck figuring out where to go for the exam. The surgeon did mention they'd use cauterization under anesthesia, though. I’m just hoping it’s limited to that one internal spot and hasn't spread deeper. So far, I don't have any scarring from the chemicals...
They first showed up around July, though it's hard to pin down the exact moment...
By October, almost everything was gone—basically cured. So, it's not exactly the end of the world.
