Besatt, Arch Goat, Nocturnal Evil, Kriegmaschine, Teitanblood, Black Witchery, Satanic Warmaster, Wotanorden... speed is everything, right? At least, that’s what I thought back when I was sixteen or seventeen... just some teenage ego trip and posturing...

😵It looks like even five years later, I’m still stuck in my high school phase when it comes to music.

grindcore, prog-grind, d-beat, crust, thrash, noise, industrial, brutal death metal...
Man, five years after high school and you're still posting stuff like this.... Every single one of those genres has like three subgenres that are basically just Dragonforac Tetris-core fake bands... stop tripping...

...I only brought up Dragonforac as an example... listing all those genres doesn't tell me anything, I'm asking for actual bands. I was thinking of groups like Stormlord, Vital Remains, Carpticon, Nil, and things in that vein...

Alright, I just dropped a list of bands in there for you... but seriously, trying to use Dragonforac as an example of actual brutality or speed? That makes zero sense... it's just a massive pile of stacked riffs and melodies... total technicians...

Who says speed is reserved solely for metalheads and punks?

Here’s another one worth checking out if you're really trying to dial in that extreme speed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNiJjoVIE1k

First thing that popped into my head—this drummer is absolutely punishing that kit! It’s pure POWER. Honestly, if you need a kickstart in the morning, this is my top recommendation.😂

Here's another one—the drummer is basically playing gravity rolls most of the time, so it sounds about as fast as humanly possible. Honestly, nothing beats this. If anyone actually knows a track that’s faster than this, drop a link! I'd love to hear it... xD
