My apologies if I’ve missed the mark on this topic, but I am honestly quite unsure where to post this question... 🙂
About a year ago, during a game, about ten minutes in, I started feeling pain in my upper right abdomen. It would intensify the more I ran. There were absolutely no warning signs beforehand; the pain just arrived out of nowhere and has persisted to this day.
I can manage maybe fifteen minutes of intense play before the pain kicks in. When it first happened, I was in peak physical condition, so it certainly wasn't a lack of fitness.
I had my abdomen examined by a doctor—he applied some sort of gel to my stomach and moved a device over the area while watching a monitor. He told me everything looked fine.
Is it possible that something ruptured, or perhaps there is a tear or something similar in that area? Which specialist should I see, and what kind of diagnostic tests should I request?
I would truly appreciate any help you can offer. I have been struggling with this for an entire year now, and I still cannot play soccer without experiencing this pain...
Thank you in advance 🙂
