I mean, sure, maybe it wasn't your typical Mission Impossible flick, but as an action opera by 😁, the guy was a total genius.

Man, I watched Mission: Impossible 2 in theaters five different times!!! Total Woo law!
First I caught it in Berlin, then in New York, then down in Miami, and twice in Los Angeles!!!
I still have the original DVD sitting there, and I even made a backup copy just in case, plus I went out and bought the original Mission: Impossible 2 soundtrack and that awesome original poster with the motorcycle and the fire pigeons.
🙄 And I've lost count of how many times I've rewatched it on DVD or just flipped it on the TV!

You're definitely not alone. 😉

The first one is a tough act to follow, but the third one was alright. I'm planning on catching this one next week. 😍

People always say the first movie is the gold standard and that you might get lucky with a sequel, but honestly, I don't know about that.

But honestly, when it comes to Mission: Impossible, that whole rule just doesn't apply... they just keep getting better and better with every single one. 😍

Word on the street is that during the press tour in India, Tom Cruise basically bought his way into everyone's good graces. We're talking three to five bucks per person just to manufacture that hype. 🤣

Alright, if this movie is actually as good as everyone says, I’m going to have to go see it. That guy Tom Cruise is absolutely insane, but man, he is a hell of an actor.

Every great actor seems to be a little bit crazy, doesn't it? 😁

That's just how the job works—if you want to be at the top of your game, you've gotta have a little edge to you... 🤣

It's true. In New York City, he actually paid fans to wait for him at the airport just so he'd have a massive reception on the red carpet. It’s pretty wild—he ended up being the butt of the joke across all of Hollywood once people found out.
Still, you can't deny the guy is a powerhouse actor, even if he does have some seriously bizarre ideas sometimes.

Stumbled onto this thread just to check out the comments, and wow, I didn't realize everyone was so hyped about this 🙂🙂
What’s the big deal? And I don't mean the Oscar nominations—I mean the actual formula for a decent action flick. You know: explosions, gunfights, mayhem, a hot lead, plenty of cheesy one-liners, and a killer soundtrack...
Alright, fine, maybe I'll catch it at the theater. I mean, Tom Cruise is a total hunk, and I honestly love revisiting his older stuff. The first one is an absolute classic. The second one lacks a bit of that specific vibe, but it's still a solid ride, and the third one holds its own too... we'll see 😁

I highly recommend this to any action movie buffs out there. Even with a few plot holes, I’d argue it’s the best pure action flick of the year—and that’s not even counting the sci-fi or superhero stuff.

The performance from the Mexican actor felt a bit flat, but the rest of the American cast was solid.
Maybe they went a little overboard with the high-tech gadgets, though; the whole vibe felt more like an old-school James Bond flick than the Mission: Impossible TV series.

Do you think this movie might snag an Oscar nomination? Maybe for those shots from the Burj Khalifa?

Didn't he walk away from that hospital explosion with nothing but a mild concussion, yet he’s still pulling all this stunt? Not to mention how many times he slammed his head into things while chasing that briefcase...

I wasn't exactly expecting a masterpiece, and I got exactly what I asked for—plenty of action and enough humor to keep it moving. It’s a bit unrealistic, sure, but honestly, that’s what I signed up for.

Watched the movie tonight—solid action flick, but nothing groundbreaking. 🤷 It’s got some decent scenes and all that, but honestly? The IMDb rating feels inflated... I’d call it a more realistic 7/10 (let's not get pedantic with a 6.8 or 6.9)... I have this feeling that if it were a few minutes shorter and dialed back the "pressure" just a touch, it would've been better. This comes from a neutral standpoint regarding Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol and action movies in general; naturally, the die-hard fans will love it more...

Tomica is stirring up drama again:
Some people are absolutely losing it over Tom Cruise because they claim he was 'killing them like flies'

Aside from the second one, which was absolute garbage, I liked the rest—in fact, I’m officially calling this installment my favorite.
My ranking goes like this:
01. Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol
02. Mission: Impossible
03. Mission: Impossible 3
.
.
.
10. Mission: Impossible 2

I'll leave the slots between 3 and 10 open for future sequels.

It’s one of those rare franchises where the fourth installment actually holds its own—if not outright surpasses the previous ones...

The movie is pure entertainment—definitely worth catching on the big screen 👍👍👍
Highly recommended for everyone out there; look, it’s probably not going to be some future cinematic masterpiece or a cult classic, but those two hours absolutely flew by
It’s an action-packed ride with just enough comedy sprinkled in—plus, they nail those high-stakes tension scenes where characters are bluffing with everything on the line. Between the gorgeous locations and the cars, the whole thing looks great. The cast actually did a solid job too; even with Tom Cruise leading the charge, the rest of the crew gets enough screen time that it feels like a movie about Ethan Hunt’s entire team rather than just a solo mission for Ethan Hunt. Even the gadgets—which honestly feel like they were ripped straight out of Star Trek—actually make sense within the logic of this film. If I'm being critical, only I am missing a massive, mind-blowing plot twist, but even without that, the movie is top-tier
A pleasant surprise that would be a real shame to miss 🙏

Anyone know where I can find a decent stream, or maybe just a solid place to download a movie?

Everywhere I've checked lately, the quality is straight-up garbage.

It’s not going to happen that quickly. Everything we're seeing for the next few weeks is just going to be rougher, unpolished versions.
