Nickname change (read first post!)

Can we swap the username from Ginny_Black13 to Ginny B. (or maybe just Ginny Black)? 🙂

Honestly, either one works fine—you can go with Ginny B. or Ginny Black, whichever feels less clunky to you. Just pick your favorite and give Nice a heads-up.

SailorMoon13?

So, did you actually get a chance to read that first post? 🤷 🙄

Look, Sophie, maybe you should just listen to Eric Fox7 for once and actually go back to the very first post in this thread to read the rules about what you can and can't ask for when it comes to nickname changes.

Alright, if I'm following you correctly, maybe we could go with SophieMoon? Or perhaps SophieLi?

That works fine. Just pick one and let Nice know.

Can you change my username from walkman800 to Grace Edwards?
Thanks.

No.

🥳

Don't tell me you were actually trying to pull that off with a tiny little W 😬

jadetiger37 sent me this "request to let me use a capital letter."

They slid right into my DMs with it.

Can we change "domass" to Charles Brown?

Just wanted to back them up on that request and say thanks to her for all the help.. 🙂

Hey, could we get a quick fix on Charles Brown's name? Also, can we make sure jadetiger37 is capitalized properly? Let me know when it's done, Nice.

om604 on mile 604?

Changing a handle should actually make things clearer or at least easier to say out loud. Honestly, I don't see how your tweak accomplishes either of those things. 🤷
As far as I'm concerned, go ahead and reach out to Nice, but maybe try hashing out a better suggestion with her first.

Any chance we can make a change for Jose Carter2?

Hmm, yeah, probably. You should reach out to Nice...

Hey there. Any chance we could switch things over to wearystag3 or maybe littlehope?

Let's go with wearystag3, because littlehope just doesn't really fit the vibe at all...
Just reach out to Nice.

Can I shorten my username to Ann?

That's already taken.

Hey there
I was wondering if you guys could do me a solid and change my handle to Philips Hue
Thanks 🙂

Nah.

Is it possible to get A or B? I noticed they aren't taken yet...

A or B works fine, just reach out to Nice.

Can I switch from Joshua Smith5 to either Lou [assuming it's taken] or Reeth [assuming it's free]? If you think either change is minor enough that people will still know who they're dealing with, let me know.

Go with Reeth since Lou is unavailable. Reach out to Nice.

Is it possible to change the username from David Foster6 to Speed? I noticed that "Speed" is already taken, but the user currently holding it only has one single post and hasn't even logged into the forum in over five years. Is there any way around this?

Regardless of how active a user is or how little they post, if a nickname is already in the system, we can't change it to match.

Could you change my username from Brki92 to slymaker2?🙂

Sure thing, just reach out to Nice.
