Not getting notifications for new posts in subscribed threads

Ever since this thing supposedly started working properly, it’s been a total mess. There are days when absolutely nothing shows up, then suddenly everything hits at once from all my subscribed threads. Other times, I'll get updates from just a handful of topics, or one specific thread will flood me with posts while the rest stay completely dead... 😵I still don't see any kind of consistent pattern here.

The way these overstuffed threads work is completely nonsensical. I just want to find the specific thread I commented on, only to realize ten more pages have piled up since my last post. How am I supposed to track if someone actually replied to me or quoted my comment? There isn't even a shortcut to jump directly back to my own message. Am I really expected to scroll through twenty entire pages? It is incredibly frustrating. If you aren't arguing in real-time and decide to check back in a few hours or days, how are you ever meant to find your own contribution again?

Maybe just try subscribing to some of the niche subreddits or less crowded forums instead...

To the left of the thread title, you’ll see a little blue house icon with a white checkmark inside. Just click that, and it'll jump you straight to the last post you read in the discussion.
And honestly, why bother checking if someone quoted you if you aren't even planning on reading the posts that come after yours?
