Who actually gives a damn about those big shots?
Would they even consider banning them?
And honestly, that’s just the state of things in America today—discrimination at every single turn.

The American judicial system 🙏 provides yet another example of the rather colorful approach to sentencing found throughout the entire Western world... 🙏

The tolerance for drunk driving is honestly pathetic—especially when you see people getting caught with massive blood alcohol levels over and over again without any real consequences. It’s just a cycle of collecting fines to pad the state budget—nobody actually cares about saving lives

It’s ridiculous how they're screwing over cyclists with this new $1,000 fine. On a bike, you're only ever putting yourself at risk.

The main thing is, my lawyer buddies always tell me I’m being way too harsh, because if it were up to me, I’d be handing these guys 15+ years behind bars. Like, they say I'd basically be ruining their young lives 🤣as if I'm the one forcing them to get behind the wheel drunk or something.

It isn't quite that black and white—honestly. I’m sick of people ringing their bells at me on the sidewalk just because they want me to move out of the way. You learn in first grade that you ride your bike on the right side of the road, not on the sidewalk. Of course, those twenty-foot gaps in the bike lanes that the police use as excuses to hand out tickets are total nonsense and need to change—but ringing your bell on a sidewalk in Chicago has become almost standard practice, and I'm all for penalizing that.

He deserves at least ten years behind bars—and once he's out, another decade of handing over 30% of his paycheck to the victims and their families.

Basically, if you get caught with anything over a .08 BAC, you’re looking at an 18-month license suspension—minimum—plus a hefty fine—and once that period is up, you have to retake the driving test. If you're a repeat offender, they double the penalty. Good luck with that.

Look, I get it—everyone wants a drink at weddings, baptisms, or birthdays. I’ll have one myself sometimes—but only if I'm certain enough to stay put long enough to flush my system with water or juice at least two hours before I have to get behind the wheel.
You have to realize—the real issue isn't risking your own life—it's the fact that you might end up taking down some third party who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I’d punish rude drivers too, regardless of what they’re driving.

Another one dead. This piece of trash should consider ten years in prison a total gift. He deserves twenty, minimum—honestly, probably much more.

Not at all. They ought to face the penalties mandated by laws aligned with European standards.

That would likely mean a few years behind bars, followed by two or three on parole... I recall a similar case that ended just that way.

A soft Europe, soft laws; they really do go hand in hand...
