Easy. We've got the satellites, we just need to figure out where the hell to launch them or get them stationed. Honestly, I’m just dying to disappear into some deep forest right now, somewhere far away from people and cell service. I just want to be alone for a few minutes, totally cut off from this damn civilization.

Maybe look into joining a hiking club—they usually have maps showing all those little cabins tucked away in the more remote parts of the Rockies.

If they're heading out into the woods for the first time, it'd be smarter if they stayed clear of the Rockies and the surrounding areas... just a thought...

No way, that’s just not how we do our hiking at all.
Our version of "hiking" is basically just "grabbing a beer," eating some meat, and adding a little something extra to the mix (you know, lubricant and stuff like that).
We hit up a brewery at every single turn, chill out for half an hour, and then keep moving, and so on.
The highest peak we've ever bothered to climb was probably some random hill near town. Most of the time, we just roll up in shorts and sneakers (well, not today, since it's actually warm out again).

Nah, we aren't going there. 😁

Honestly, you're better off heading to the mountains—places like the Appalachians or the Rockies are where it's at. They aren't overly demanding; you can enjoy a beautiful day out there and still get back home to sleep soundly. Plus, nobody's going to give you grief over a few measly grams. ☕

Honestly, nothing beats heading out to the mountains, especially places like the Rockies or the Appalachians... They aren't too demanding, and you can just head home after a great day feeling totally refreshed. Plus, nobody’s going to judge you for taking a little time for yourself... ☕

It’ll be especially peaceful sleeping out by Mount Rainier or under the peaks of the Sierra Nevada, where migrants have broken in four or five times over the last year. Though, who knows, maybe they'll even pick up a few extra grams from them... 😁

You might get a few extra grams out of it, plus some nice cosmopolitan socializing along the way.

Look, things are pretty much off-limits up on Mount Rainier for a while, but I suspect there’s similar activity happening near Mount Shasta. Still, all this panic about immigrants feels like a massive overreaction.

I hold a completely different perspective on this, though I have to admit, watching that was absolutely hilarious.😁
On a side note regarding hiking, I caught a video of what happens when a blizzard starts hitting the Rockies. No thanks to that one.☕

Exactly which lubricant are we talking about here?

There isn't much happening at Snježnik since Platak is actually closer. It’s not an exaggeration, it's just that the media doesn't report on everything. Some contacts I have in law enforcement tell me that if the actual numbers of crossings were public, everyone would be demanding the National Guard be sent to the borders

As for Bjelolasica and Mrkopalj, those areas are right in the middle of the routes they have saved on their phones, along with maps and all that data

A lot of them carry knives, and occasionally they'll vandalize a hiker's car. Even more isolated houses and mountain lodges have become regular targets. They even target homes with visible crosses. This is what field officers tell me directly, so it's not just rumors...

Obviously, it doesn't mean someone will break into your car if you leave it there, and most will probably try to avoid drawing attention. But why take the risk when there are plenty of other places to go...

Hracak actually has a pretty decent internal friction coefficient. Let's not underestimate him too easily...

It really all comes down to its density and composition, too, that much is true...

A non-smoking Hracak is basically useless.
So, in that case, a pack of red Marlboros is mandatory gear.

Why did I even bother reading Hracak?
And then there was the friction.
