I don't trust a single thing this regime says, and look at what happened in Hong Kong... You know they suddenly reported 15,000 cases in a single city in one day, as if by pure coincidence, right when the pressure mounted and they realized a massive scandal was brewing...

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www3.nh...23_37/amp.html

That was right at the start. Everyone acts like that. You really think Americans wouldn't have tried to sweep things under the rug? lol. Nothing has changed compared to how old regimes used to operate. Everyone tries to hide it at first, and then once the truth leaks out, they finally get to work.

Now everything about them is out in the open. There’s zero point in hiding anything anymore. They could have silenced a handful of doctors at the beginning, but now the whole world—and the government—knows everything.

There are probably two or three different ways this could go down, and honestly, people are just drifting from one option to the next without even having a pass 🤣

I mean, look at how much Vojkovic totally messed up today regarding those passes 🤣

You can't just fire miserable people who are stuck in useless positions because they're part of the bureaucracy; that’s just not the solution 👋

They might as well have deployed snipers.

If someone starts moving, they get a bullet to the head, then what?

Just an example, I guess.

As of right now, only one person in America has died from this disease—the same disease that has already cost quite a few of my friends their jobs.
And let's not forget that some people passed away simply because they couldn't get proper medical care, which is something I've mentioned before.

The mortality rate for people in the 20-30 age bracket is about 0.2 percent. Of course, you're going to run into someone here and there who falls victim to it, like that Spanish man with leukemia...

If my memory serves me correctly, it still hasn't been officially confirmed that the death was due to Corona? Or perhaps I have missed an update?

Elizabeth Mendoza said:I wouldn't go as far as saying the Chinese Communist Party would mess around like that and try to cover up something this massive. You're acting like Donald Trump here; the Chinese are just playing games and lying. 🤣

So, you have this TV crew from Australia traveling around with some Chinese officials, right? They decide to visit one of those crematoriums in Wuhan right when the epidemic was hitting its absolute peak. And get this—the woman on camera actually claims she’s just seeing a handful of people passing through, like maybe only eight folks died from Corona, when in reality, she was standing there cremating 128 people. It's just mind-bogglingly absurd.

Honestly, if you ask me, I’m pretty much putting all my chips on KP.

Look, at the end of the day, I'm glad they actually fixed the issue, but I'm fully convinced they were lying through their teeth about how it happened.

Just saying "the Chinese multiplying and lying" and adding a laughing emoji like it’s somehow impossible for a totalitarian regime to pull that off... honestly, only a total naive sucker would believe that.

I went to Porec about a month and a half ago.

I went through the Lincoln Tunnel and decided to skip the interstate altogether. I figured I’d just cut across some hills instead.

Look, restlesssurfer97, I swear to God, I just drove through a place that had exactly one house. One single damn house and a sign telling you where you are. 🤣

Maybe it's just the local municipality. ☕

Ever since those media owners had their meeting with the Government, they haven't even touched on that question during press conferences.

Well, it's official regarding Corona, right this very second.

Sorry, I skipped over that one! Honestly, I have no clue, and frankly, it’s probably not even known for sure. The median incubation period is about four days, but since people are infectious just a little bit before that, we’re likely looking at around 2 to 3 days. Just my two cents—I'm totally guessing here!

By the way, if anyone is looking for something useful to dive into besides just venting, you can head over to UpToDate. They’re offering free access to their COVID-19 section right now! It’s actually great—it gives you a really concise breakdown of a lot of key info regarding the disease, all backed up with solid references. Definitely worth a look!
Besides that, you can head over to Medscape—where registration is totally free—and find a ton of other really interesting articles!

The number of recoveries is climbing fast. Yesterday morning we were sitting at just 5, but today we’re already up to 22. That means we had 17 people cleared in just 24 hours. Honestly, that number is going to keep shooting up over the next few days.

urbanhawk17 said:What kind of political game? Like I said, these people won't give up an inch of anything just to keep their voters in line.

It doesn't matter what their intentions are. It’s like when a faucet either bursts or starts dripping so incessantly that life becomes unbearable.

If there was ever a moment to make some serious cuts, this is it.

Of course, the heavyweights of crony capitalism and those who live off the public teat are still firmly in power, so we won't see any planned reforms anytime soon. But there are other ways things could play out—perhaps people will finally lose their patience and actually show up at the polls, or maybe we'll hit total bankruptcy and be forced into a healthier economic scenario under pressure from our creditors.

Man just died from Corona. And how he actually caught it? Nobody’s saying a damn thing about that. 😉

Everyone's pointing fingers, acting like the Government is actually doing something about it.

This country is absolute bottom-of-the-barrel.
And just when we think we've hit rock bottom, the government makes a concerted effort to sink even deeper.

I think I read somewhere that on average about seven bureaucrats lose their jobs every year, or something along those lines, but hey, don't quote me on that.🤣

By the way, during Plenković’s term, the number of people employed in public administration has grown by several thousand—there are actual figures for it, but I can't be bothered to hunt them down right now—and he was actually bragging himself last year on multiple occasions about how he gave everyone a pay raise of roughly 20% cumulatively since his mandate started.
I think we all still vividly remember that teacher strike, and instead of giving them the $400 million they were asking for, Caesar decided to give everyone a 6% bump instead, which ends up costing about $2 billion annually. Every desk jockey in the government got the exact same raise as the medical professionals.

He also bumped minimum wages up to $4,000 gross, and naturally, that meant raising the mandatory salaries for directors and board members of corporations too.

And now, we're getting hit by Corona.

Everyone, and I mean absolutely everyone, knew that America would fall apart during the next crisis, yet instead of finally making some real moves toward reforming healthcare, the pension system, the judiciary, and especially that bloated, oversized administration, Caesar just handed out raises to everybody.

And now he’s going to blame Corona for the system collapsing. He's a useless bureaucrat.

You just don't get it; that money flows right back into the national treasury through public spending, man. We need to defend our way of life, says Zoki—though when he says "our," he clearly means living off the taxpayer's dime, because he wouldn't know any other way of life if it hit him in the face; he's never even heard of it existing.
