Karl Nehammer, Austrian Chancellor:

"An EU army just isn't happening. Nobody has the stomach for it right now, anywhere. Why? Because The entire political will Has not developed yet to actually bring a military deployment of an EU army onto The ground."

Start a petition to create a European Army. Seriously—you’d pull 10 million signatures across Europe overnight if you tried. This is the absolute best time to push for it... if not now, when?

And just how many signatures do we need to actually get a referendum on the ballot? 🙂

If my memory serves me right, you need about a million signatures before the European Commission is even forced to step in.

The Dollar just climbed to 111 against the USD, though one might reasonably expect things to stabilize after three weeks of pure market shock 🍿

Your faith in this central committee known as the European Commission is truly something to behold! 🙏

The reality is, they simply lack both the authority and the actual willpower to pull off something like that.

What kind of "faith" are you even talking about? The guy just asked how many signatures they need at the EU level to get things moving, and I gave him the answer. Honestly, comparing the EU's political structure to some central committee is probably one of the dumbest comparisons I've heard—the whole architecture of the EU is anything but centralized. If anything, because of all those checks and balances and that messy power split between the Commission-Parliament-Council, everything feels slow to everyone. That’s the exact opposite of how a central committee works. Get real.

According to urban legends, the British used to intercept them with Spitfires about eighty years ago—though they likely only managed it during the day, given they couldn't fly at night. It’s comforting to know our air force is still operating at a World War II level. ☕

I certainly hope we don't see another one rumbling through at the speed of a V2.

Doesn't even matter, they'll probably just target daycare centers and schools anyway. Screw the Air Force and the anti-air systems.☕

What kind of faith? You mean your blind faith? 🐔 Politicians absolutely love people like 🎉

It’s perfectly understandable that you missed the point of the Central Committee comparison 🤣

Honestly, you've become incredibly exhausting lately; your tone has shifted quite drastically. I can't quite pin down what's driving you to constantly mock those index commenters, but you've started acting like that one guy on a sports team who just nitpicks everything, ridiculing every play and criticizing every move without ever offering a single constructive solution.

Meanwhile, your conclusions for everything seem to boil down to stating the obvious, like saying a ball is round.🤦

I think we all realize that the EU is essentially a massive, clunky beast of inefficient bureaucracy, but at the same time, it remains miles ahead of certain competitors that people assume have every possible advantage. Even if a dream has lasted nearly seventy years, it's just a blink in the grand scheme of history. These kinds of "course corrections" are perfectly natural, much like shifts in any major political landscape. Slowly, Europe will begin to wake up from its progressive slumber to preserve fundamental civilizational standards, eventually embracing more grounded values held by folks like me. A balance will inevitably be struck, just as more capable leadership will eventually rise to the occasion. It's a historical truth that crises always tend to forge strong leaders.

We aren't living in Russia or China, after all—so why on earth should we feel like we can't speak our minds and poke a little fun at things? 🙂

The main thing is you're posting under the table for the Russians. Don't be ashamed—just man up and admit you're a clown. 😁

If only there were a scenario where Germany could balance things out without the rest of us having to deal with the fallout—it truly is a shame we don't have that luxury. 🕺

Just our proklet geografija, isn't it? 🕺

I really wonder if the Romans were saying the exact same thing right before they got overrun by the barbarians 😁

We never even doubted it for a second. The Reds are always going to be Red, no matter how hard they try to play nice or hide who they really are. Eventually, they always pull the rug out from under you.

There’s no better litmus test than the Russians. ☕
