Honestly, I can't blame the lady for falling for an advertisement—I really can't! My own mother is the exact same way; she thinks anything broadcast on TV is gospel truth, especially if it's being reported on >. 😬 My actual point was directed at the younger crowd. They are all over TikTok, constantly whining about their weight, yet the second you suggest actually changing their diet, they vanish into thin air! I don't lose any sleep over people like that.

My mother-in-law used Ozempic back in the day. Everything those girls are saying online is total nonsense. You might lose a tiny bit of weight initially, but once you stop taking it, the boomerang effect hits you hard.😈 😈
It’s just a waste of money and a waste of your body.😬 😬
If you actually want some advice, just cut down on carbs. The weight comes off slowly, but it stays off.😍
