Of course it's not enough—during my worst episodes, I was pulling 6 to 8 doses of 0.5mg Xanax just to stay level.😲😉

Starting today, I’m on this crazy 500-calorie diet my nutritionist set up for me.
I’ve actually worked with him before and managed to drop a ton of weight—I kept it off for two whole years back when I was just on Anafranil. My appetite was totally fine then. But things have gone downhill lately since they put me on Seroquel. It seriously just opens the floodgates for hunger. Trying to eat light while on Seroquel is basically impossible, but whatever, I'm going to lose these pounds. Acupuncture helps take the edge off the hunger, too.

When I was on Seroquel, I think I was basically just inhaling chocolate all day.😁

Kenneth Scott41 I can't even begin to process this... it's just one thing after another, isn't it? Honestly, I don't even know where to start because everything feels like a mess right now. It’s like we're all just spinning our wheels while waiting for something that might never actually happen. Anyway, back to what was being said—it’s just frustrating. You see people making these claims and you just want to shake them, you know? Like, come on, get real. I'm sitting here trying to make sense of it all and it's just exhausting. Just total chaos.
Man, when I was on Seroquel, I was absolutely destroying chocolate. Just devouring it. Constant snacking, no regrets.😁
Yeah, the worst part about Seroquel is how much it makes you crave sugar. It’s like my brain is constantly screaming for something sweet. I've actually started a diet recently, so I've managed to drop a little weight. But honestly? Once I get back to my old weight, I’m seriously going to have to watch everything I eat—both what I pick up and how much of it I consume. I just really hope I can actually stick to it and keep the weight off this time.

Does anyone have advice on how to get off Hepal?

I’m thinking about trying to go cold turkey, though I know I'm basically inviting hell to my doorstep. Has anyone here actually gone through that?

That nutritionist needs to be fired and kept far away from the public. Seriously, what is wrong with people? A 500 calorie daily limit??? 😲 It’s an invitation to wreck your metabolism and throw your entire system out of whack. Even a strict diabetic meal plan usually bottoms out at around 1,100 calories a day.
Besides, dieting without any physical activity is pretty much pointless. You really need to incorporate regular exercise or some kind of movement. I was on Seroquel once, and I gained weight and felt lethargic all the time. They eventually took me off it because I just couldn't function. Then again, when I ended up in the hospital, everything was such a chaotic mess and I was under so much stress that I couldn't eat at all. On top of that, I had akathisia from Zeldox, which left me constantly fidgeting and restless... I ended up losing almost 45 pounds in about two or three months, which is absolutely terrible and unhealthy. But that wasn't planned. I was on Seroquel back then, too. Once I got home, the sugar cravings came roaring back, and I gained all those pounds back in just a few months. My Seroquel prescription was discontinued a couple of months after that. I'm still carrying those extra 35 pounds around, and my plan is to lose them primarily through staying active. I definitely need to fix my diet too, since I basically live on sweets, which is awful. The real struggle is self-discipline and this constant craving for sugar—it's likely tied to hormonal imbalances and dealing with depression over the years.

Does anyone know what the typical out-of-pocket cost is for a prescription of zoloft 50mg and xanax 0.25 mg?

If you've got that blue insurance card, I'm pretty sure zoloft 50 mg is basically free, and for xanax, you're probably just looking at a few bucks.

I’m planning on getting that settled today, along with the extra payment I owe $0.50...

At the end of the day, I suppose the most important thing is just making sure the bill gets paid.

Just imagine how much my new prescription for Cymbalta would set me back without insurance—it’s almost $67! One box isn't even enough; I need two just to get through the month. But with my coverage, I'm only looking at 20 bucks! So, you tell me—is having good insurance worth it? Of course, everything comes with a price, but life can get a whole lot harder when you're footing the full bill yourself.😠

Man, I’ve already seen him four times. Half of Los Angeles goes to him—all kinds of singers, actors...
He combines it with acupuncture to calm you down and kill your appetite.
I lost 50 lbs before and kept it off easily for two years because I was only on Anafranil. Then my OCD flared up worse and they put me on a small dose of antipsychotics just to keep me level. And I always gain weight whenever I'm on antipsychotics.

I’ve been feeling so incredibly low all day long, and honestly, this weather is just killing my vibe. My OCD has been absolutely wrecking me lately, hitting me every single hour. It feels like I’m just falling apart from the inside out.
I can't stop washing my hands—literally anything I can grab. They're raw, bright red, and they sting like hell. They're so irritated. Is there ever going to be an end to this bullshit? Because I'm starting to think there isn't.
And when you can't see any way out of it, the depression just hits you like a freight train.
I'm terrified they're going to bump up my Seroquel dose, because then the weight gain is going to be totally real.

Today was just so rough that I ended up taking 2 xanax. It knocked me out a little bit, but I still just want to sit here and cry.
It still hurts so much that my boyfriend walked out on me, and he won't even pick up the phone. He's just ghosting.
I just can't wrap my head around the fact that it's over and he's actually gone.
Everyone keeps telling me to just get over him and move on, but it's not that easy. It doesn't work like that.
Maybe I'll join a gym or something. Maybe that'll help a little.

I'm just so sad and exhausted.
Nothing seems to make sense anymore.
The depression and the OCD are just circling each other again.

Anyone here ever tried Effexor?
I'm on two a day right now.
The label says it's for depression.

Prozac turned me into this restless, hyperactive mess. I was constantly on edge, snapping at people whenever we disagreed—which, honestly, isn't even how I usually roll.
It basically just wiped out my actual personality.
I felt like a total stranger to myself. Oh, and the random, uncontrollable laughing fits? Don't even get me started on the constant itching all over my body.

Right now, I’m on Seroquel, Anafranil, and Effexor.
I finally had a good cry, so things feel a little less heavy now.
I ended up crushing a whole box of cookies and some Hershey's chocolate today because the depression hit hard.
My body is just craving it.
Though, back when I used to work out regularly, my OCD wasn't such a nightmare.
I really need to get back into a routine.
Anyway, I'm about to go slather some Eucerin ointment on my hands; it actually works wonders, keeps my poor skin hydrated and calms down the redness.
I’ve got an appointment with my psychiatrist soon, so we'll see what we can tweak—not just the meds, but everything else too.

When you can't see a way out of it, you just spiral into these deep depressions.

Maybe I'll join one of those big gym chains like Planet Fitness. Maybe the exercise will help somehow.

Nothing seems to make any sense anymore.
The depression and the OCD are just crushing me again.

Does anyone know about interactions between Faverin and Nebilet (a beta-blocker)? I’m on Faverin for anxiety, and the beta-blocker is for the same reason, honestly. It was prescribed for palpitations and skipped beats—turns out it’s all psychological. My heart is fine, it just acts "wild" because of my mental state. Doctors didn't have many other ideas, so they went this route. I’ve noticed it affects my breathing, slows my pulse, and drops my blood pressure. That helps with falling asleep, which is a plus since insomnia is a constant struggle, but it feels dangerous when I wake up gasping from sleep apnea. Not great. Has anyone dealt with this? My doctors just leave the decision up to me, which is frustrating. I'm considering tapering off the beta-blocker slowly. Any thoughts? 😉
Anyone here with medical expertise?

I honestly don't think you need a beta-blocker if you're taking it for anxiety. I used to take Faverin for depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. What kind of damn blocker would I need?! No, wait, maybe some black market stuff will show up! Anyway, back when my first depressive episode hit, I went through all the "physical" tests first, and they told me I had some kind of hyperactive heart—if those racing palpitations continued, they'd prescribe a beta-blocker. Eventually, once they realized it was all psychosomatic, of course, I was given an anxiolytic (xanax) and an antidepressant (back then, my first one, Prozac liquid).
