The National Guard is useless... the real hurdle is getting past the Secret Service, assuming you even think you can reach Putin.

This whole thing stinks. Honestly, feels like we’re staring down a massive revolt, right on the edge of total chaos.

I’ll bet my life there won't even be a speech tomorrow.

No serious player in this game is gonna let a clown show like this happen on the world stage... there's definitely some shady stuff going on behind the scenes.

Wouldn't even surprise me if someone just took him out in a hallway.

Okay, maybe not that extreme, but there’s definitely some nasty coup brewing at the very top.

Now the Ukrainians are gonna go full throttle.

Time to start hitting them where it hurts.

Kamil put together a really solid thread here about why Putin might theoretically call for a mobilization, but also why he probably won't see anywhere near the results he’s dreaming of. It basically boils down to the fact that the current Russian military's actual capabilities are worlds apart from what the old Soviet machine used to be.

Putin’s lost his mind and clearly doesn't care about anyone else, but even those generals have families and friends they actually give a damn about. They aren't going to just sit by while everyone they love gets wiped out. It looks like total chaos over there, and if mobilization actually kicks in, it'll be an absolute disaster. There is zero chance anyone from DC or New York is heading to a war zone. It's easy enough to draft people who don't have much to lose, but this? No way.

I still have this nagging feeling that half the world is just trolling us.😁

I suspect the Russ were far too late with those referendums. Had they actually pulled the trigger on them sooner, I imagine we’d be looking at a completely different situation entirely.

So, I was just scrolling through this and apparently, they're saying Ukrainians are actually using Iranian missile production 2022 🤔

Which is honestly pretty 🙂 wild if you think about it

There was some chatter going around on Twitter about this too—the theory is that the UK is buying them for UA through some sort of "middleman" setup involving an African country.
It would definitely explain why those RAF C-17 Globemasters are racking up reward mileage like crazy lately. 😁

The Iranians seem to be playing both sides 😁.

So, the guy just didn't show up 🤣
Kind of like a groom freezing up at the altar 😁

Jokes aside, though—those "red phones" were ringing somewhere. Just like in the movies, I guess

Cash and carry—you know, that old-school "pay up and take it with you" approach where the seller doesn't care who you are or what you do with the goods, as long as the money hits the table and clears immediately.

It’s just a recorded speech, nothing live.

The other theory is that it’s just what the Americans intercepted while it was en route to Yemen.
But people were already whispering even earlier about Sudanese ammo plants shipping gear over to Ukraine.

The real kicker—and it's almost funny—is how much everyone mocks Russia for buying drones from Iranians (which, let's face it, are turning out to be pretty sophisticated and dangerous, much to the Ukrainians' dismay), while the Ukrainians—or rather, the British colonialists acting on their behalf—are busy scavenging scrap metal across Africa.

Maybe Putin decides to address the nation tomorrow. Who knows? It might end up being nothing more than a whole lot of nothing—kind of like that speech they gave at Red Square during Victory Day this year.
