Young Boys - Monaco 2 2.10 (1-3)

The French side are clearly the favorites here—they made it all the way to the quarterfinals last season before getting knocked out by the eventual Champions League winners, Juventus. They’re missing Carrasac (Atletico Madrid) and Kondogbia (Inter Milan), but they've been busy in the transfer market. Notable additions include midfielder Maria Pasalic on loan from Chelsea FC, winger Ivan Cavaleiro (Benfica), midfielder Adam Traore (Lille OSC), attackers Stephan El Shaarawy (AC Milan) and Guido Carrillo (Estudiantes), fullback Fabinho (Rio Ave), and attacker Thomas Lemar.
(Caen). As for the home side, aside from a rough start to the season, they're dealing with two massive injury setbacks. Gerdnt went down on Saturday, and their top scorer, Horuaru, is a huge question mark for this match.

Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Stromsgodset, Over 2.5 goals @ 2.10 (2-0)

Without getting too philosophical, I believe this is a very realistic bet. It seems unlikely that the Dodgers can play this match without conceding. Their defense is quite shaky, often giving up silly goals due to individual errors and poor positioning.
The Norwegians aren't tactical geniuses or anything, but I suspect their main goal will be to score at least once and secure a decent result for the second leg.

AZ Alkmaar vs. Istanbul, Over 2.5 goals @ 2.30 (2-0)

This one is tough to call. Even though the home side looks well-prepared and has shown good results in preseason, Istanbul is a very tricky opponent. It wouldn't surprise me if they walked away with all three points.
AZ Alkmaar is facing some financial constraints and doesn't boast a squad nearly as deep as the visitors. In contrast, the Istanbul side has a much more expensive roster, backed by wealthy sponsors and high expectations for the season.
I expect an open game with plenty of goals. The home team will have to take risks because the second leg could be very difficult for them. If they play too openly, the visitors might just punish them on the counter.

Kukesi vs. Legia Warsaw, Match & Total Over 2.5 @ 3.45

Legia Warsaw is clearly the superior side here. They are in great form and should ideally handle this with ease.
I am backing this specific option simply because the odds are too tempting to pass up.
Since the Kukesi stadium doesn't meet the necessary standards, the match will actually be played in Tirana.
Their domestic league hasn't started yet, so they lack match rhythm. I think many factors favor the visitors, who would likely prefer to settle the tie in the first leg.
Legia has bolstered their squad significantly this season, particularly in the attacking department.
They have had a fantastic start to their campaign, scoring freely. I don't see things going well for the home side tonight.

Cleveland vs. Lokomotiva Chicago: Over 1.5/2.5 goals @ 2.25 (3-1)

Cleveland needs this win—and they’re facing a squad that does nothing but play attacking football... Plus, it's the home opener at Rujevica, so the motivation is going to be through the roof.

Throwing in that the Los Angeles Dodgers score in the first half too—expecting them to come out swinging from the jump and find the net within the first 45 minutes.

SpVgg Greuther Fürth scores 1.60 (2-2)

Leipzig is missing a ton of guys today—and honestly, it’s huge they don't have Gulácsi in goal since he's serving a suspension... Fürth looked solid in their preseason matches and even their league opener, so they can definitely find the net against Leipzig today

That’s all well and good, but you have to admit that Chicago has leveled up big time by raiding the Red Bull Salzburg roster—I'm talking guys like Sabitzer, Ilsannker, Bruno, and so on. Plus, they’ve got Rangnick coming over from Schalke 04, and the whole squad is clearly gunning for that promotion.

7:00 PM Molde FK vs. Dinamo Chicago 2.75 (3-3)(SS)

I was actually hoping for a slightly better price on Dinamo, but I finally pulled the trigger on this one anyway. Look, the Norwegians aren't exactly pushovers, but I still feel like the Blues are playing in a completely different league here. After those initial hiccups early in the season, things seem to be stabilizing, and I genuinely believe they’re going to be much more dominant as the season progresses. It felt similar during that matchup against Folo; they shook off the rust and absolutely dominated the second leg with a 3-0 win. Dinamo has plenty of veteran experience in these types of European fixtures, and with so much at stake, there's no way the Head Coach is going to let them play around or take this lightly.

Good luck to everyone 😉

Molde - Lakers Both Teams to Score & Over 2, 4.70, Marathon (3-3)

I’m with casualskipper65 on this one regarding the faith in the Lakers. They were absolutely pathetic in the first leg, and I’m praying they don't pull a repeat performance today. On the flip side, even though I barely know anything about Molde, it’s hard to imagine them playing any better than they did in game one. Word is Sigal is stepping in for Machad in the lineup. I highly doubt they’ll stick with two defensive mids and three center backs at once, so expect more tweaks to the roster. My guess? We’ll see Pjaca back out on the wing where he actually makes sense, rather than being stuck in the middle, which would free up Rog or Čorić to run the center. I’m also hoping we see Pinta filling in for Matel at right back. If they play like that, we’ll stop throwing the ball away trying to force it through the middle and start hitting the flanks, sending better service to Henriguez. That should be enough to grind out a win for the Lakers. Since Šife went down, the Lakers are basically left with one center back who actually knows his job, and since they’re playing on turf, the pace is going to be frantic—which definitely isn't helping Šimunović or Taravel. Honestly, I don't see this winning without conceding a goal, which makes that juicy coefficient look even better.

A. Henriquez f2+daje @15,2 2/10

I’m expecting a Lakers win today. They're better than Molde, and playing at home isn't the nightmare everyone makes it out to be. Looking at their track record, they've only drawn once in their last nine away qualifiers. If they pull it off, Angela should find the net. At these odds, I'm taking it with a moderate stake...

Might try the same thing with Pjaca @9,1 and @17,1 (gives + 3-3)

I'm with the guy above regarding faith in the Lakers. They were absolute trash in the first game—really hoping they don't pull that same stunt today. On the flip side, I don't know much about Molde, but it's hard to imagine them playing any better than they did in the opener. Word is Sigal is stepping in for Machad. I doubt we'll see them running two defensive mids and three center backs at once, so expect more lineup tweaks. It's safe to assume we might see pjaca out on the wing again since he's way more useful there than in the middle—which means we should probably see rog or Čorić taking over the center. I'm also rooting for pinta to start at right back instead of Matel. All that together should mean less losing possession trying to force it through the middle, more wing play, and better service for Henriguez. That should be enough to get the Lakers the win. Since Šife is out, the Lakers only have one defender who actually knows what he's doing. Plus, playing on turf makes everything faster, which isn't helping Šimunović or Taravel. Honestly, I don't think this win comes without conceding a goal, which makes that high odd even more tempting.

goncalo is starting instead of machad 😁

Look at the Lakers' record lately—9 wins and a draw in their last 10 away games in European qualifiers... based on that, I’m calling it now, the Lakers are taking 2 points from those Norwegians too.

Skeptic said:Seriously, what is going on lately? You can't hit a single thing—it feels like 90% of my "sure bets" are just falling flat. If Ajax and Monaco don't pull it off, I might need to take a long break from betting until the universe finally stabilizes itself.

In that case, just bet against the favorites and get rich quick! 🤷

🤦

Ajax - Rapid over 2.5 goals @ 2.10 (2-3)

Rapid has to start scoring—they’ve put up 5, 2, 3, 2, and 2 goals in their last five matches (including those 2 they scored away at Salzburg). Meanwhile, Ajax wins at home against teams like Man City and stuff like that, yet they haven't failed to score at home once in their last 50 games—literally.

Celtic 2+ Commons scores a goal 7.35 (0-0)

The Scots have way more experience in games like this—they should be able to pull a win against Qarabag today. The home side needs to push offensively from the jump, which leaves plenty of room for Commons, who really ought to be in the starting XI

Fenerbahce 2+ Robin van Persie scores a goal 13.5 (3-0)

Fenerbahce put serious money into this season, so they’re definitely expected to deliver in European competition. As for Shakhtar, they sold their three key players and didn't bring in any decent replacements... Shakhtar showed in the first match that those departures don't shake them, but I think the Europa League is more realistic for them this season. I'm taking this bet because van Persie has to prove why Fenerbahce brought him in during matches like this

Partizan - Steaua 2 3.80 (4-2)

Partizan has the edge in the standings, but the Romanians are playing much better on the road, so they aren't out of this. For the home side, Bojinov is a question mark upfront... Personally, I think the odds on the visitors are great to grab since Partizan isn't exactly a massive favorite here

Hajduk 2 + Vlašić to score @12.1 SS (0-2 + doesn't score

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen two consecutive European wins from Hajduk. Usually, they limp through games against weaker sides just by leaning on home-field advantage, but when they face actual quality, they lack the depth and fitness to maintain the rhythm for the full 90 minutes.

This season hasn't been any different. We were close to advancing against some decent but clearly inferior teams, but it was the attack that bailed us out during those home matches. It’s the classic Hajduk European adventure—nothing new there...

Then, against the Norwegians, something actually changed. For the first time against a side that's roughly on our level (especially now that their defense is fully patched up), we played disciplined, without rushing or leaving massive holes in our shape...

In short, for once, the 11 guys on the pitch actually looked like a cohesive unit with a plan.☕

As the commentators were saying, the ball was practically weaving through the net before it finally went in—and man, that Balić strike? Only he could pull off something like that.☕

By the end, when both squads started flagging physically in the final minutes, Hajduk handled it better. Using their bench assets alongside an tireless Vlašić, they cooked up the move to make it 2-0.

Now the question is: was this just a fluke? Are we going to see the typical Hajduk pattern where they wait for the opponent to score 2 or 3 goals before they suddenly remember they actually need to shoot at the target? I don't know...

Honestly, you can't even use what happens in MLS as a benchmark anymore, because that same cycle has been repeating for the last few seasons ever since European competition became the priority...

Vlašić is a beast. That sprint, the feint, and that precise cross to Kiša in the final minute—when most people were already checking their watches—says it all. He’s everywhere; he isn't afraid to take a shot if there's space and he tracks down every single ball. He hasn't been finding the back of the net much early this season given how well he plays, but tonight felt like his breakthrough.☕

Of course, it's easy for a "fluke goal" to happen in the opening minutes, followed by us falling into a winter slumber until the scoreboard hits 3-0 and panic sets in. You know the drill... we follow that script, score late to make it 3-1 (though these guys aren't amateurs enough to make an exit interesting☕) after hitting the woodwork and watching the keeper make a few miracle saves, and then in the next round, we get crushed by a European giant... Roma, Sampdoria, Deportivo, Stoke, Inter, Dnipro, and so on...

But hey, let's see if it pays off. I'm putting money on it.☕

Manchester United- Tottenham both teams to score 1.75 (1-0)

First round and we're already hitting a massive derby... my main reason for betting BTTS is United missing David de Gea in goal. It’s obviously all that transfer speculation—no telling how that messes with his head. Tottenham is definitely the type of squad that can find the net at Old Trafford, but United’s attack has plenty of weapons to tear through that Spurs defense 😁

Arsenal-West Ham 1 h 0:2 3.0 HL (0-2)
Arsenal is looking absolutely unstoppable right now, whereas West Ham seems to be struggling quite desperately, performing at a level you might expect from a minor league team in the Midwest...
The sheer gap in talent between these two squads is also massive, and naturally, everything leans heavily in favor of Arsenal.

Arsenal is looking absolutely unstoppable right now, while West Ham is playing like they belong in some low-level minor league basement.
The gap in pure talent between these two squads is just massive, and it's all leaning heavily toward Arsenal.

I see where this guy is coming from, but we really need to point out that Slaven Bilić basically brought a second-string squad to their last away match in the Europa League qualifiers; he left 12 players behind in New York City and only brought three starters along for the ride. It’s pretty obvious they aren't giving the Europa League much thought, choosing instead to pour everything into the Premier League, so that whole argument about "form" might actually be a total wash.

It seems quite obvious that the Europa League isn't their primary focus right now, as they seem much more preoccupied with the Premier League, which makes me wonder if all this talk about "current form" is actually based on anything substantial at all...

I am aware of that, but in my view, it is a significant oversight on Bilić's part because there are so many new faces who haven't found their rhythm yet, and I truly believe actual matches would serve them far better than just grinding through training sessions... besides, what kind of ambition are we really talking about regarding the league standings? Is the goal simply to finish 13th instead of 17th? 👎

I'm right there with you on that—I seriously don't understand this whole Englishman philosophy where they just couldn't care less about the Europa League. 🤷
And apparently, people are actually sitting there hoping that Bilić is going to pull them straight up to heaven or something. 🤣

So, looking ahead to the final, what's the play? Do you guys think it's worth taking the handicap on Arsenal?
