Look, if those jerseys are only like $30, you're probably looking at one of those cheap knockoffs from Asia. That's just my take, obviously, not accusing anyone... I actually had a few of those in my collection myself and honestly, you can't really tell the difference until you put an original right next to a fake! I picked up a Liverpool FC third kit like two years ago—that black one with the gold Adidas stripes and the Anheuser-Busch logo—and then later I grabbed the real deal from England. It wasn't until I laid them side-by-side that I saw the gaps: the crest is sewn better with way more detail, there's a slight difference in the gold shade, the fabric feels a bit coarser, and the sizing is off; the XL felt more like a Large. Basically, as long as you're wearing it, nobody knows it's a fake except you. Check out this photo from that page you posted, just look at how badly that sponsor is applied on the jersey

Here’s another comparison for you. Check out the crest details—the top pic is from that site and the bottom one is from my jersey I picked up in England. You can really see how much more detail there is, especially with the YNWA lettering. So yeah, there are definitely differences, but it just depends on who cares. If you aren't obsessed, you can grab jerseys that look basically identical to the originals for half the price...

I am certainly no hooligan looking to set someone's jersey on fire; I actually have a Washington, D.C.-related scarf sitting right here at home, even if I don't strictly root for them. Why on earth would I go out and burn something now?
