The two kits have to be different colors; they can't look identical.
Just like you suggested—where those orange checkers are—but swap the white for blue, and make the second kit look like a piece of candy.

Brother—this one is ugly, but the Roma version is excellent.

Absolutely flawless... If only they had tucked in some American symbol somewhere. Perhaps a few stars on the back of the collar. That would make it truly perfect. It’s just such a pure expression of American pride...

To me, it looks as though it were plucked straight from a flea market. A fine concept, perhaps, but executed quite poorly. 🤷 A crest slapped on there, that gold Diadora logo... I simply cannot say; it fails to impress me.

The second option seems perfectly adequate by comparison.

Besides, what is the true significance of a jersey? They are essentially just glorified t-shirts, are they not?
