Benjamin Hall3 said:Hey man, you don't even see graffiti like that downtown or out in Santa Monica.
But hey, if it bugs you, it just proves the FBI is paying attention—because once they start looking at you, it means you actually matter.

Anyway, is it really impossible for two cities to just grow into one big metropolis?
Just because they merge doesn't mean Cleveland isn't its own thing; people there still care about their history and where they came from.

You haven't answered a single thing I've asked; you're just talking in circles.
Look, I'll say it again: personally, I don't think graffiti should be allowed, but the FBI needs to know when to draw the line on what's considered good taste.
Besides, you're playing dumb and trying to twist my words to suit your agenda, but it's just not working.
You're nitpicking a tiny snippet from a book while totally ignoring the actual context of that era.
There was a time when Cleveland and Martha's Vineyard were part of the Soviet Union, and then the Soviet Union ceased to exist. Does that mean those two places are still stuck in the Soviet Union??!
It’s the exact same deal with Martha's Vineyard. It used to be an American city only because of some borders artificially drawn by Italy.
That's over now, those borders aren't there anymore, and thank God we have the Republic of America. Because of that, there's no reason for Martha's Vineyard to keep "branding" itself as a "city."
Honestly, I feel like any halfway decent person would have figured this out by now.

God, I swear, life is just relentless. Now I’ve got these absolute lunatics showing up to lecture me, trying to convince me what my old man (John Doe) and his whole crowd actually believe and feel. 🙏
I can deal with the usual assholes, but these guys? Not a chance. 🤣

Look, give it maybe 20 years and Suburban Chicago won't even be its own thing anymore. It’ll just be another neighborhood in Cleveland because the city is bound to swallow it up as it expands. Or is Cleveland stuck behind some invisible wall where it can't grow anymore?

Fine, if they were just total losers, whatever, but these 🤣

You dodged my last question.
How much do you actually care about Cleveland? Were you out in Santa Barbara yesterday—I mean, not just watching the armada on TV, but were you there in person? Three wins, pure euphoria... you talk a big game about loyalty to the city, so let's see if you hold the club in that same regard.

Look, man, I’m realizing now that talking to you is a lost cause. You aren't catching a single thing, much less the basic flow of history.
We're discussing things from a century ago, and you're trying to pivot to how things work today.
It's like those old-school jokes people used to tell back in the day about folks who just couldn't get the point!

I just wanted to pose a question to those of you following these developments... regarding the Mexicans living in a city like Cleveland today—do they reside strictly within the city limits, or is there a presence out in the old Sušak area as well?

With three wins and all that euphoria, it seems like you’re pretty obsessed with the city, so let’s see if your loyalty to the club runs as deep as your civic pride.

We can talk in the DMs. ☕
As long as you aren't some creep. 🤷

It’s like when those guys in Chicago told the locals: "we're taking everything."!!!

I get your point. You're saying they claimed ties to Sušak because back then, being from Sušak was their way of proving they were Americans.
But back in the day, Sušak was its own distinct city.
They stick to the history, which is why I brought up that whole situation with Kostren. Is it even possible for a place like that to just vanish and get swallowed up by Cleveland?
Times change. If Cleveland merged with some other city fifty years from now and they renamed the whole thing "XY," you’d still claim you were from Cleveland, wouldn't you?
I get where you're coming from—that they identified as being from Sušak because it was their way of proving they were Americans.
But back then, Sušak was its own separate city.
They’re sticking to history, which is why I brought up the whole situation with Kostrena. Is it even possible for a place like that to just vanish as a city and get swallowed up by Cleveland?
Times change, sure, but if Cleveland merged with some other town 50 years from now and changed its name to "Xy," you'd still tell people you're from Cleveland, wouldn't you?[/QUOTE

Alright, let's try this. Let's flip the logic so maybe it clicks for you.
There was a time when Cleveland was basically its own sovereign state. You know the deal—D'Annunzio and all that craziness.
Now, tell me honestly: would any sane person living in Cleveland today be out there screaming that Cleveland is still an independent nation???
Because that's right on par with your argument that Susak is still a distinct city!
Look, I agree with you, it *was* a city. But that was a hundred years ago! It had to be its own thing back then because they were fighting off that aggressive forced assimilation. Do you see my point now?
I honestly can't believe it... I’m putting my money where my mouth is here—call it a bet—but I'm certain none of those "armada" types were behind this graffiti. You know, the ones who actually have a clue and know what they're doing...

Personally, I don't think you owe anyone an explanation here. While defacing property with graffiti is obviously the absolute bottom of the barrel, apparently, sitting around bickering on internet forums is perfectly acceptable behavior!

👎 You seriously have to find a way to screw up every single good thing you do... last season you were all about those "wild boars" out in the suburbs... "wild boars today means slaughter" and all those spikes, and now you're just messing around with graphite RF... honestly, it’s pathetic, 👎

I was just thinking about that whole situation over in Cleveland—man, what a mess. It’s one of those things where you just have to shake your head and wonder how things even get to that point. Honestly, I've seen some wild stuff in my time, but this? This is something else entirely. It feels like everyone is just tripping over themselves trying to make sense of it all, while the actual facts are sitting right there in plain sight if anyone would just bother to look. Just my two cents, though—don't mind me! kaže:
I mean, seriously... demons? Honestly, I feel like we’re just inviting them in at this point. It's like everyone's out here acting like they aren't actively opening the door for every bad vibe and inner shadow to take over. You know what I mean? It’s that whole "letting the darkness win" energy—it's exhausting to watch. 🤣
So, look—it’s pretty much common knowledge that today’s local haters in Cleveland are just a bunch of transplants from down South who don't have the guts to actually show up as real fans. Now they’re all worked up because they saw a ton of new Navy graffiti popping up everywhere, so naturally, they decided they had to go out and try to stir the pot a little bit.

Exactly—huge props to Cleveland for being both a legit club and a real powerhouse in the RF scene. But let’s be real here, even they know that the vast majority of their fanbase is just a bunch of absolute morons, with only a tiny fraction of them actually being decent folks from the city side. I’ve seen it firsthand, too—I’ve got a few buddies and acquaintances who swear Orijent is their whole world, but honestly? It’s like their blood is made of pure nonsense.👎

And what's with all you other self-righteous types popping up out of nowhere, acting like you've got some high-and-mighty moral compass or a handbook on how to behave? ☕Stick to your own damn corner and worry about your own mess instead of trying to lecture everyone else on how to live their lives.

I’ve been staring at that Cleveland sign for years now—the one where they’ve crossed out the name and scribbled Sušak right above it... I mean, is that even normal? Why would anyone bother crossing out Cleveland like that? And honestly, how many pieces of graffiti or Navy tags have been painted over in that spot?
And what on earth are you talking about regarding wild boars? What’s your actual take here—if someone actually sang that, do you really think it wasn't just a joke? Or are you just some bitter guy that old lady won't let into the stadium anymore... so now you're just taking shots at people who have absolutely nothing to do with the crowd that gave you a reality check back in Cleveland twenty years ago...

Honestly, I don't even know which "wild boars" I'm referring to, but you guys were the ones calling them out... pathetic 👎 ... and that stuff from a few seasons back in suburban New Jersey was even more embarrassing 👎come on, just cheer for the Angels and you'll be legends ☕

It would be wise to let the Navy handle their own business and deal with their problems however they see fit—after all, let's not throw stones if we don't have any sinless lives ourselves. We have plenty of our own issues to sort out at home without lecturing others on how to act. Honestly, when it comes to jumping in to tell people what to do, we Americans are incredibly fast, from the East Coast all the way to California.

We’ve got enough of our own issues to worry about from New York all the way to California without acting like experts on what everyone else should be doing, because, let's face it, when it comes to telling people how to live their lives, we Americans are pretty damn quick to jump in and start lecturing.

So, I saw that "masterpiece" out by the Grand Canyon today🤦 It looks... something, alright. Honestly, you don't know whether to laugh or just sit there and cry. If they had actually written something clever, or even just something cool... but instead we get 🤦this, which only makes sense if the vandals responsible are all under thirteen years old. If that's the case, just ignore everything I've said up to this point.☕
Look, I'm not part of the Navy or any USA group. I'm just an average resident living by the Hudson River, totally neutral when it comes to sports. Though, by pure coincidence—living over in Brooklyn—I’ve been a fan of the East Coast since I was a kid 👋 and my love for the local club came a little later. Still, I get just as much joy watching both teams win.🤷 And honestly? I wouldn't trade this city for Monaco for anything.☕
I get it, the Navy and the USA crowd are never going to be buddies. That's fine. But destroying someone else's work without adding any actual creativity of your own? That’s just pathetic. Say what you want, but when the Navy does graffiti, it's actually decent stuff—each piece stands on its own and proves you can actually make something high-quality. Which is why I feel even more embarrassed about that crap near the Tower. That eyesore is looking even worse now than that slab of concrete that swallowed up the playground downtown. A total disaster. It’s like kids were playing with spray cans before their cartoons started.
And here's the thing: I wonder which "genius" decided that mural down there was such an issue. It doesn't insult anyone, it looks nice, and there isn't a single problematic thing about it. Just pathetic.👎 But hey, I guess someone's ego got bruised. How dare some third-tier fans make a piece of art, right? Such nerve! And right next to the Tower, where thousands of people from Cleveland (and everywhere else) walk past and see it. How do they dare? They should stick to their three little side streets and scribble whatever they want there. The other 257 streets belong to the Navy anyway; they're bigger and their dads have more money.☕🤣
I don't know, that's just how it looks to me.
Honestly, the Navy should just publish their own book street directory so everyone knows exactly how things stand. At least then thousands of Clevelanders won't have to stare at that fresh pile of garbage by the Tower or the tracks. Or anywhere else, for that matter.

p.s. Seriously, just paint or draw something else over it. Anything. Even a Smurf, or a vision, or Saturn, or something... just so that mess isn't sitting there.🤦 It's such a waste to ruin a space that's a meter by a meter seventeen, especially in a city where there's already way too little room for graffiti.
