Why would you even think we need an F-22 Raptor? We can bridge that gap with other tech. For example, the Chinese love building radars in Tehran...

It’s pretty much this: either Americans take down Erdogan through the elections and all those scandals, or they're going to get absolutely rolled. That's how the cards are sitting right now.☕

They could just sell American secrets to the Chinese and Russ since they're being kicked out of the project anyway. That is, if they're actually trusted to build components involving high-level tech in the first place.

I mean, you can tell how much those Chinese radars actually matter by the fact that the USAF flies through Iran without ever getting picked up by those supposed wonders of Chinese or Russian tech. Besides, maybe you could enlighten us... where exactly is the US going to screw up?
And yeah, while we're at it, explain this whole partnership with Russia where Turkish proxies are fighting against Russians and the Assad regime in Syria? I guess Erdogan is playing some weird game that nobody really gets—probably even him.

Just look at a map. Look at which countries stay in the NATO alliance in that region and where all the US bases are located, then tell me what leaving NATO would actually change in this whole situation. The idea that Turks would just start selling military tech to the Chinese? I guess you've gotta be joking.🙏

NATO pulled nuclear weapons out of that base a few years back when Erdogan orchestrated that coup attempt. They understand Turkish history and psychology; they don't leave things to chance.

Besides, it’s about time Turkey faced some pressure to act according to its actual standing. They've overextended themselves, and it's unbecoming.
Governance should be handled with competence, not this Turkish style.
