and so here I am, just sitting here puking my guts out since 3:30 AM. 😁

I'm with you on this.

Falling asleep is a struggle too. Even when I finally drift off, I'm terrified of turning onto my stomach, so I just stay awake...😵

Roger Rodriguez said:It’s honestly exhausting how people act like getting a C-section is some mystical, life-changing journey, almost as if they're describing a trip to a luxury spa.
I'm not looking for anyone to lecture me because this is my choice to make, but isn't it concerning how often complications or long-term health issues arise from surgical births? 🙄
Then there are those who claim women who give birth naturally bond better because they "earned" it through struggle. Honestly, I don't know about you, but I'm about two seconds away from losing my cool with people making comments like that. 🤷

What an absolute load of crap!! I can't believe people actually say this.😲

This heat is absolutely infuriating; I find it utterly intolerable, not to mention the constant need to run to the restroom. And then there are the comments from most people—oh, look, it’s a man again—as if suggesting I simply have to go a third time will somehow solve anything.

Ugh, tell me about it, 🙂
I'm dealing with the exact same thing. She keeps giving me these pitying looks, acting like I should have been born a girl.

Quincy calls me chubby, but I don't really mind; she says she’s been waiting forever to finally say it.
I mean, I'm not actually chubby, I'm just pregnant.

And there's always someone being a "genius" with those comments about gender.
"Oh, you'd be better off if it was a girl, boys are..."
Just back off :P

It's the same vibe with me, just getting those sad eyes, except I'm probably gonna have two girls
I honestly don't get people who act like there's this specific winning combo of a boy and a girl they need to check off 🙂

Honestly, once you have a little girl, she'll bleed you dry just trying to get her dressed. She'll demand dresses, skirts, refuse a certain hairstyle, then start pulling everything out of the closet one by one until I lose my mind. Not to mention hunting down nail polish when she's barely two or three years old.
So, I guess it doesn't really matter...

😍😍

Every morning I see moms out with their little girls, maybe three or four years old. They’re always in these cute little dresses with tiny purses and cat-eye glasses, fixing their hair and adjusting their bags. They seem so bossy and adorable, I guess.😁

😠 Dealing with semi-famous people constantly making comments about my baby bump. 😠
😠 The typical comments from these losers: "What are you wearing?" Me: "A little 🙂 dress," and then they just chime in with, "Oh, congrats! And early congrats on the next one, which will probably be a boy." 😠
Not to mention all the nonsense and absolute stupidity coming from my mother-in-law that is driving me up the wall; honestly, I feel like starting some kind of advocacy group for young moms just to fight back against these kinds of overbearing women.

"Until that baby actually makes a sound, you aren't officially pregnant."

"Better get all the sleep you can right now, because once this kid arrives, sleep becomes a distant memory, haha!"

When I mentioned how I fully intend to keep working as long as my body allows me—even right up until the due date—the response I got was: "Are you kidding? I had to go on bed rest at just nine weeks!"

Ugh, I swear I just woke up one day and suddenly my legs are covered in cellulite everywhere🙂
Does anyone actually know how to get rid of this stuff? Like, seriously, what works?🙂

Seriously,🙂 it’s like she personally ordered this kid into existence, and we only even went through the whole process after twelve years of waiting because of her.🙂186 miles Honestly, it just pisses me off.

I couldn't agree more! Honestly, we could have easily collected those disability benefits for "pregnancy complications" if we'd played it that way!

Bringing this thread back up for a second... I found something that isn't exactly irritating, though it’s definitely unexpected—my leg hair is growing like crazy. 🙂 Not sure if you guys are seeing the same thing... at first, the growth actually slowed down, so I only had to shave every third or fourth day instead of every other one. Now that I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy, it's been a week since my last shave, but I went to do it yesterday just to stay on top of things and realized I was totally out of supplies... so, I guess there's a silver lining somewhere. 😁
Hopefully, it stays this way. 😁 If not, I've got plenty of other complaints ready to go. 😁

It’s definitely the way everyone suddenly thinks they have an inherent right to touch my stomach. I suppose I should have seen it coming. My mother warned me that this would happen once people knew, but still... it's invasive.
What truly caught me off guard, though, was the wave of negativity from parents with toddlers. It’s constant. They love to drop these ominous little lines like, "Just you wait..." or "You have no idea what's coming," or "Get some sleep now, because you'll never get it again." It's honestly revolting. I get it. Being a parent is exhausting and sleep deprivation is real, but that doesn't give them a pass to be miserable toward me. I certainly don't need someone depressing me right now. I don't understand why there is this desperate urge to rain on the parade of expectant parents. We actually need encouragement!
Some people are just fundamentally unpleasant. :-/

Honestly, I don't have any issue with someone "touching" my stomach... first off, they're doing it over my clothes, and second, we're talking about maybe two seconds of contact—something that happens once a month when a friend or an aunt comes over to visit...
What’s actually starting to drive me crazy, though, are these leg cramps and pains... it's getting to the point where it tightens up at least twice a night, waking me right out of a sleep, and don't even get me started on the mornings—I can barely stand there for five minutes making the bed without feeling like I just went ten rounds in a boxing ring with a heavyweight.

Don't worry, I don't usually have any issues with it. I dealt with a lot during my first pregnancy, but it cleared up right after delivery.
Now, during this second pregnancy, it's back in full force...

What really gets to me is that I still have two months left until my due date, yet everything already hurts. I can't sleep, and I'm just counting down the days until I can finally give birth... my first pregnancy was definitely easier!
Oh, and I spend every single day obsessing over when the labor will start.🙂

I’ve been scrolling through the last few pages here and I am honestly dying laughing because it looks like I’m headed straight for the same fate as most pregnant women—dealing with people who either have absolutely zero tact or just zero brain cells.

One thing that drives me absolutely up the wall is when someone tells me I need to eat more because I'm "eating for two!"

Then there's the second thing—every single time I voice an opinion that happens to clash with theirs, I get hit with the classic: "Calm down, don't get worked up, it's just your hormones talking!" Honestly? I'll show them "hormones" if they keep being that stupid. I'm perfectly capable of losing my cool regardless of what my biology is doing! 🙂

And if you really want to know what pushes me over the edge: "You're almost four months along, how do you not have a bump yet?" Well, maybe it's because I'm nearly 5'11" and weigh 185 pounds, so it's a lot harder to see a bump compared to someone who's 4'11" and 100 pounds! What, am I supposed to deliver an 18-pound baby just to compensate for my height and build???

👋 It’s the same for me—everything is moving fast, especially my hair and nails...
but the hair elsewhere on my body is driving me absolutely crazy—I’ve practically turned into a little jungle ball around my stomach area! 🤷
