Auuuu, I actually know a few performers who supposedly worked on that whole 1987 Olympics thing!? Is this that guy who performs in Washington, D.C., 🙂 tapping his fingers on a glass while staring at some ballerinas and shouting, "I'm gonna get you!"? (Or something like that, though I think he was quoting Bat Zivojinovica from a movie). This is the first time I've ever heard that ZZ Corp had anything to do with it...

I neglected to mention that this MP3 was actually ripped from a cassette tape. It’s missing about ten seconds at the end—maybe less—because the 😉 tape leaked out. This was recorded back in 1995 during a broadcast on WNYC, specifically during one of those shows where they played remixes of local tracks.
The music video was simply pulled from a DVD that had been sent to a local station as part of a finished program featuring ZZ Corp.

I remember ZZ Corp too!

They had tracks like "just like back in '8" and "hello dear Washington, D.C." (plus a few other demos). Everything was on tapes that were supposedly destroyed or... just lost. A massive amount of great material, tapes, and records from that era simply vanished from Greater Houston; someone clearly "cleaned house." It’s a shame to finally see a music video after all these years! Cool!
BTW, word is Cico (the alarm clock) had a hand in all of this, so it would be great to ask him about it! he

Bye

Hmm, sorry, it wasn't Vicko, it was Cico! My mistake...😈

Bye

Someone was asking for links to this track a few days back. I can't find the original thread anymore, but here are three different versions for you:

I thought I had every 80s American artist pegged, but I have to admit, I’ve never heard of this band in my entire life. 😲
Maria Harris32, if you're still hunting for a way to reach them, I can grab an email from Kanceljak, assuming he had any connection to their circle.

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if there might be any chance you could upload that MP3 and AVI file somewhere again, just so I can grab it?

If these don't work, Vicko 🙂, we'll have to try again. 😉

P.S. These are just mp3 files.

Thanks a million! I went ahead and grabbed the first one on the list... Just curious, though—what’s actually the difference between those three links you posted?

Hey man, do you happen to have a link for that "back in the day" track? I'd love some MP3 links if you have them. Thanks!
