Hey, I’ve got a 5-year-old here. Are these lab results looking okay? Within the normal range, or what?

So, about a month ago, I got hit with this insane stabbing pain right in my chest—left side. It felt like someone was literally twisting a knife in me for like 15 minutes straight. It was terrifying. Once that sharp part died down, it turned into this dull ache that started migrating to my back, right around the shoulder blade. That lasted a couple of days, mostly hitting me in the mornings or whenever I moved too much. Now, the pain has shifted over to the right side and back near the other shoulder blade. It’s not totally unbearable, more like that annoying muscle ache you get when you sit under an AC vent too long, but still... weird. I actually went to see two different cardiologists because I was convinced my heart was giving out. They ran four different EKGs, checked my blood work, did an ultrasound, even a chest X-ray. Everything came back perfectly normal. They told me it's just lingering myalgia—basically just muscle pain. But honestly, this has been dragging on for a month now and the pain keeps wandering all over my back. I'm only 26, so I don't know. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of wandering pain?
Thanks in advance
I mean, I feel way too young for serious stuff like a stroke. I'm only 23, but honestly, seeing this kind of thing happen these days isn't even that shocking anymore.
Yeah, I'm leaning towards stress being the culprit. It’s not like I’m having a visible meltdown or anything, but it's probably lurking in my subconscious since I'm grinding for my final exam right now... that's gotta be doing something to me. My blood pressure is naturally pretty low, usually around 110/70, sometimes even lower... so that's probably part of it.
Does anyone actually know what helps with this nausea?😉
Thanks for the help, everyone.🙂
So I’ve got this thing going on. It’s not like a massive emergency or anything, but it’s driving me nuts, so I figured I’d throw it out there and see what you guys think... basically, lately I’ve been feeling super dizzy and nauseous all the time. Like, that constant "I'm gonna barf" feeling, except nothing actually comes up. I went for blood work a few months back and everything checked out—iron levels are fine, my EKG was good, thyroid is normal, and I even did that test for H. pylori bacteria in my stomach, but nope, I don't have it and never have. I wondered if maybe my birth control could be the culprit, but I’ve been on the same pills for years and never had a single side effect until now. If anyone has any ideas on how to make this stop, please let me know...🙂
Thanks in advance
