When I said "They're terrible!", I was actually referring to the USPS... though, I suppose the mail carrier here messed up too..
I really dislike this new requirement to pay for home delivery upfront. Here is why.
In a previous order, I didn't pay for shipping—which was supposed to be $0.67 an extra charge—but the mail carrier delivered the package to my door anyway. He kept ringing the bell, waiting and waiting for me to show up, and then he actually asked for the $1.75!
So, I thought to myself, maybe next time I’ll just pay for it ahead of time so at least they will $0.67 come to me. I realize I could have just refused the package and gone to pick it up myself, but that felt a bit silly since he was right there, holding the package in front of me..
Then, well... for the second package, I paid the delivery fee in advance. However, the mail carrier somehow couldn't find me, even though I was home that day. On top of that, I ended up paying a storage fee when I went to collect the package. I guess they could have at least offset that storage fee with the failed delivery attempt 🙄

They are honestly terrible!
It shows up in your mailbox if you select the recommended option, but if you want it delivered right to your door, you’ll probably have to pay a bit extra for shipping. Otherwise, they just leave a slip in your box... 🙄
I read on another forum that someone sent a shipment as a package, but instead of using a box, they used a bag. From what I could gather, it was some clothing that they wrapped in a bag, sealed it well, and then tied it up with twine. Does anyone here have any experience with doing that?
These new prices are absolutely brutal. I guess we might have to look into alternatives to USPS, but does anyone know if there are any other viable options out there?🙄
