It’s probably nothing, but better safe than sorry.
If you ask me, I’d go back and get another tissue sample from that enlarged node. Don't bother with a fine needle aspiration—that stuff is basically useless. You need a core biopsy where they use a wider needle to actually get a piece of the node.
Talk it over with your primary care doctor.

Still need ANA and ENA results.
Anyway, any other symptoms besides those swollen lymph nodes? (Where are they located?) And stuff like unexplained fevers, night sweats, losing weight, or itchy skin?

Basically, this is a follow-up. I have asthma, some stomach issues (ulcers, GERD...), and I'm currently being seen by a rheumatologist with an undefined diagnosis.
For the last year, my white cell count and ESR have been constantly elevated. A few months ago, my white cells were at 21.
ESR (sed rate) was 38 after one hour.
That's why these results actually made me feel a bit better.
White cells are back down to 8.91, like I mentioned before.
ESR is 18.
RBC 3.93
Hemoglobin 138
Hematocrit 0.333
MCV 85.2
MCH 35.2
MCHC 413
RDW 12.7
Platelet 382
MPV 5.9
So, that's the full picture from two weeks ago. Since then, my lymph nodes have swollen up, but I'm hoping things are looking pretty okay. Thanks in advance for any input.🙂
Oh, and I'm still waiting on these other labs; they should be ready in about two weeks: >
