Anyone still running Windows 7?

So, I managed to get Windows 7 installed over my old Windows Vista setup. Everything seems to be running fine for now, but I think I missed a step during the process. It didn't give me the option to just wipe the whole drive and start fresh on an empty disk, so I guess I didn't quite follow the prompts correctly.
Now that Windows 7 is up and running, there isn't really any software on it, yet I've only got about 24GB of space left out of my 200GB hard drive. I have no idea where the rest went. Does anyone know how I can fix this and actually get my storage space back?
If anyone has a clue, please let me know. I'd really appreciate the help🙂.
